글로벌 IS 프로젝트 관리자의 지식과 민첩성이 프로젝트 성공에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구

Abstract

글로벌 IS 프로젝트 관리자의 민첩성은 글로벌 IS 프로젝트의 성공에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 간주된다. 그러나 글로벌 IS 프로젝트 관리자의 민첩성에 대한 연구는 주로 인지적 지식에 기반을 둔 프로젝트 관리자의 정보기술 역량 측면에 초점을 둔 연구가 주류를 이루면서 글로벌 IS 프로젝트 관리자의 정서적 지식이 민첩성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 또한 글로벌 IS 프로젝트 관리자의 민첩성에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로서 정서적 지식의 효과를 검증할 수 있는 정서적 지식에 대한 측정방법의 연구도 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 글로벌 IS 프로젝트 성공을 위한 관리자의 민첩성에 정서적 지식이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 살펴보고, 이를 위해 정서적 지식을 측정하는 측정도구도 개발하고자 한다. 글로벌 IS 프로젝트 관리자가 프로젝트 수행과 관련된 학습, 훈련, 그리고 경험을 통해 얻게 되는 인지적 지식을 배제한 채, 정서적 지식 만을 포함하여 프로젝트 관리자의 민첩성을 볼 수는 없으므로, 포괄적이고 다차원 속성의 지식기반 관점에서 프로젝트 관리자의 민첩성을 살펴볼 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 글로벌 IS 프로젝트 관리자의 민첩성에 영향을 미치는 지식요건을 정서적 지식, 비즈니스 영역 지식, 시스템 지식, PM 관리 지식, 관계적 지식, 문화적 지식의 6 가지 구성요인으로 분류하여 정의하고, 도출된 요인수준에 따른 글로벌 IS 프로젝트 관리자의 민첩성이 글로벌 IS 프로젝트 성공에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 한다. 우선 정서적 지식을 인지적 지식요인들과 함께 독립변수로 간주하고 함께 투입하는 경우와 정서적 지식요건을 조절변수로 투입할 경우에 민첩성이 글로벌 IS 프로젝트 성공에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실무적 의의는 글로벌 IS 프로젝트 성공을 위한 프로젝트 관리자의 학습 및 훈련 프로그램이 정서적 안정감의 훈련에 중점을 두어야 한다는 시사점을 제공하는데 있다.;The agility of the global IS project manager the project is regarded as the most important factors for the success of global IS project. However, from a knowledge-based perspective there has not been much research on the agility of the global IS project manager from a comprehensive approach to multidimensional of knowledge integration research is required. The objective of this research is to be investigate the knowledge that influence the agility of a global IS project manager. And the mediation effect of the agility on global IS project success. A sample of global IS project managers were surveyed to assess the knowledge affect the agility of the project manager. The result of analysis were found the mediation effect of the agility on global IS project success, that emotional knowledge is factor as moderated effect of the knowledge and agility on Global IS project success. For theoretical and practical contributions, the research pointed out as an emotional stability should focus to the train for their potential on global IS project success. Global IS project manager’s the level of effectiveness and agility and knowledge and to regulate the relationship between the global IS project success is the verification of the effect. As a result of a successful global IS project of the global IS project manager for a global potential to develop both formal and non-formal education and training that can be pointed out as an element global IS project manager can explore adaptive behavior change.
