국내 자폐 범주성 장애 아동 대상 음악치료 문헌분석

Abstract

This review was aimed to investigate transitional change of music therapy researches for ASD children as the change of policy and system related to ASD children. As the data of policies and systems was collected through the homepage of Ministry of Health and Welfare, Ministry of Education, National Archives, 28 articles in music therapy met the study’s inclusion criteria after searching relevant databases. The detailed analysis items of the survey included subjects to be surveyed, survey variables, and survey results. The detailed analysis items of the intervention study were divided into subject variables and variables related intervention. It included age of ASD children, number of children in session, and where children are belong to, whereas the variables related to the intervention included environmental factors such as the place of intervention, time, and number of sessions. The result was that the policies and systems related to ASD children were found to be focused on the special education law for disabled people in the education field and developmental rehabilitation service in rehabilitation area, and these two systems were identically to expand support to infant and toddler for the early intervention, also they offered opportunities of participation for family support in home with ASD children. Regarding research of music therapy, there were no studies that conducted intervention for 0-2 year olds, no study was found that intervention for family was implemented as well. Based on these results, it is presented the needs of empirical application at the field of music therapy for ASD children. Furthermore, as discussions continue on the qualifications and service quality of music therapist in the settings, it suggests that the field of music therapy needs to be regulated under a standard at the national system.;본 연구는 자폐 범주성 장애 관련 정책과 제도의 변화에 따른 자폐 범주성 장애 아동 대상 음악치료 연구의 변화에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 자폐 범주성 장애 관련 정책과 제도의 내용을 보건복지부, 교육부, 국가기록원 등 관련 홈페이지의 검색을 통해 자료를 수집하였고 음악치료 문헌 분석을 위하여 자폐 범주성 장애 아동 음악치료 조사연구와 중재연구 총 29편을 선정하였다. 조사연구의 세부 분석 항목으로는 조사대상, 조사변인, 조사결과를 포함하였고 중재연구의 세부 분석 항목은 크게 대상자 변인과 중재관련 변인으로 나누었으며 대상자 변인에는 대상자 연령, 대상자 수, 대상자 소속을 포함하였고 중재 관련 변인에는 중재 장소, 시간, 회기와 같은 환경 요인과 종속변인을 포함하였다. 분석 결과 자폐 범주성 장애 관련 정책과 제도에는 교육영역의 장애인 등에 대한 특수교육법과 재활영역의 발달재활서비스가 중심이 되는 것을 알 수 있었고 이 두 제도는 공통적으로 영유아에 대한 조기개입 및 지원의 필요성을 느끼고 지원을 확대하고 있었으며 가족지원을 통해 장애아동의 가족 참여를 위한 기회를 제공하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 한편 자폐 범주성 장애 아동 대상 음악치료 연구를 살펴보면 0-2세를 대상으로 중재를 실시한 연구가 한편도 없었으며 사회성을 종속변인으로 실시한 연구가 가장 많았음에도 불구하고 가족 참여를 실시한 중재연구가 이루어지지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 국내 자폐 범주성 장애 아동 대상 음악치료 연구 및 정책과 제도가 반영되는 현장에서의 임상 적용점에 대한 논의를 제시하였다. 더하여 임상현장에서 서비스를 제공하는 제공자의 자격 및 서비스 질에 대한 논의가 계속되는 가운데 음악치료 분야 또한 국가적 차원에서 공통된 기준 하에 관리되는 제도마련이 요구됨을 시사하는 바이다.
