Abstract
The ultrasonography (US) with CT and radiography in detecting nasal bone fractures in children was compared and the diagnostic value of US was assessed. It shows that US is sufficiently accurate in displaying the anatomic features of nasal bone fractures in children. US is a useful and convenient tool in evaluation of nasal bone fractures, especially in equivocal radiographic abnormalities and postreduction status.
