Abstract
Ureteral polyp is definitely a benign tumor, and any urologist would be hesitant to perform surgery on it unless it obstructs the ureter. Fortunately, the recent development of the ureteroscope and advancements in endorology has made endoscopic treatment possible. Furthermore, the application of the endoscopic Laser has contributed greatly to the easier cure of benign ureteral tumor with the exemption of complications such as bleeding and stricture. We have had experience in dealing with the upper and lower ureteral polyp and we would like to show clear images of the polyp moving in the irrigation solution during peritalsis. and its removal by Nd-YAG Laser and K.TP Laser respectively.
