항암화학요법을 받는 부인암 환자의 말초신경병증 증상과 일상활동장애 및 심리적 디스트레스

Abstract

본 연구는 항암화학요법을 받는 부인암(자궁경부암, 자궁내막암, 난소암) 환자를 대상으로 말초신경병증, 일상활동장애, 심리적 디스트레스를 파악하고, 관계를 규명하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 서울시의 A 종합병원에서 항암화학요법을 받는 부인암 환자 146명을 대상으로 자료 수집을 시행하였으며, 자료 수집은 2016년 10월 18일부터 2017년 2월 28일까지 이루어졌다. 연구 도구로 말초신경병증 증상과 일상활동장애 측정을 위해 Tofthagen 등(2011)이 개발한 화학요법 유발 말초신경병증 평가도구 CIPNAT(Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy Assessment Tool)를 황원희(2013)가 한국어로 번역하고 검증한 것 중 증상의 유무와 증상 정도에 대한 9개 문항과 일상활동장애에 대한 14개 문항을 사용하였다. 심리적 디스트레스는 Zigmond와 Snaith(1983)가 개발한 Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale(HADS)을 민경준 등(1999)이 한국어로 표준화한 도구로 평가하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistic 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술 통계, 독립 이표본 t-검정, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson‘s correlation coefficients로 분석하였다.;This study was a descriptive correlation research study on gynecologic cancer (cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer) patients receiving chemotherapy to investigate and identify the relationship between peripheral neuropathy, disturbance in activities of daily living, and psychological distress. This study was conducted from October 18, 2016 to February 28, 2017, on 146 patients with gynecologic cancer who received chemotherapy. To measure peripheral neuropathy symptoms and disturbance in activities of daily living, 9 items on symptom severity and 14 items on disturbance in activities of daily living were used from the verified Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy Assessment Tool(CIPNAT). Psychological distress was evaluated through a tool standardized into Korean from Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS). Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent two sample t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test and Pearson's correlation coefficients using the SPSS WIN version 22.0 program.
