국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반의 디자인 교육과정 개발에 관한 연구

Abstract

In the 21st century, Korea has been attracting attention as a big social problem as the numbers of various job openings and youth unemployment are peaking. Therefore, we have finally developed NCS to create a society that aims to nurture a society and professional manpower that emphasizes the ability of work-oriented ability in the government. In addition, I tried to integrate the developed NCS into vocational training and vocational college education. Currently, the process is being updated three times, and NCS will be developed in a wider field in the future. In addition, as companies are increasingly hiring personnel using the NCS system, expectations and importance for NCS are increasing. In order to nurture the requirements of design professionals required by the present age as creative talents with the ability to work in the field based on the NCS standard job skills (knowledge, skills, literacy), performance standards, and teaching methods, many companies and educational institutions is. The purpose of this study is to study the design curriculum of vocational training by analyzing the performance criteria for teaching method and ability unit based on the national incompetence standard (NCS). As a result of studying overseas cases of advanced countries, Korea 's current design education system has been commonized with the system of work - learning parallelism through the combination of on - the - job training and the lack of diversity and theoretical and technology oriented education methods. At present, it is not possible to utilize the technology in the practical work and re-educate the company in the company when the school is based on the domestic educational system, Design education problems were analyzed. Therefore, we tried to narrow the gap between NCS and NCS, which was developed based on practical and practical skills instead of school and theory. Currently, the questionnaire survey is conducted through the subjects who are working as training teachers, and the problems and processes of design education and the suitability of NCS curriculum are analyzed and analyzed. Based on the results, 20 weeks' education program was finally designed and the details of the lecture were summarized and presented. The development of NCS and the ability level according to the level are currently being developed. However, researches that developed the education program by arranging necessary ability units according to the parking time in relation to the design education have not been developed much yet, Is expected. I hope that many teachers who teach design education and students who want to educate will be helped and used a lot.;21C 무한 경쟁 속에 현재 우리나라는 각종 취업난과 청년실업률 등의 수치가 정점을 찍으면서 크나큰 사회적 문제로 관심받고 있다. 이에 박근혜 정부 때 실무 위주의 능력을 중시하는 사회, 전문 인력 양성을 목표로 하는 사회를 만들기 위하여 국가직무능력표준(NCS)를 최종적으로 개발하였다. 또한, 개발된 국가직무능력표준(NCS)를 직업훈련과 전문대학 교육에 접목시키려고 노력하였다. 현재는 3번에 걸쳐 그 프로세스가 업데이트 되고 있고 앞으로 더욱 넓은 분야에서 국가직무능력표준(NCS)를 접목하여 개발할 예정이다. 또한 점차 기업에서 국가직무능력표준(NCS)제도를 활용한 인사 채용 등의 바람이 불면서, NCS에 대한 기대와 중요도는 높아지고 있다. 이에 현시대가 요구하는 디자인 전문 인력의 요건을 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기준의 직무능력(지식, 기술, 소양)과 수행준거, 교수방법을 토대로 현장 실무 능력을 갖춘 창의적인 인재로 양성하기 위하여 많은 기업과 교육기관이 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS)를 기반으로 교수방법 및 능력단위에 대한 수행준거를 분석하여 직업훈련의 디자인 교육과정을 연구하는데 목적을 두었다. 먼저, 우위 선진국가의 해외사례를 연구한 결과 우리나라의 현재 디자인 교육은 다양성 결여 및 이론과 기술 위주의 교육방식과는 다르게 현장실습과의 병행을 통한 일학습병행제 제도가 보편화 되어있었다. 현재, 일학습병행제가 보편화되어 있지 않은 국내의 교육제도를 기반으로 한 학교를 졸업 후 취업전선에 뛰어들었을 시, 바로 실무에서 기술을 활용하지 못하고, 다시 회사 내 자체 교육을 시켜야하는 것이 현재 우리나라의 디자인 교육 문제점이라 분석되었다. 따라서, 학벌 및 이론 중심이 아닌 실무와 실습 위주의 능력을 기반으로 개발된 국가직무능력표준(NCS)를 디자인 교육과정에 접목시켜 비교적 실무와의 차이를 좁히고자 하였다. 현재, 훈련교사로 재직중인 대상자를 통하여 설문조사를 진행하여 현재 디자인교육의 문제점과 프로세스, 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 교육과정 적합성을 조사하여 분석하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 20주의 교육프로그램을 최종적으로 설계하고 세부 강의 내용을 정리하여 제시하였다. 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에 대한 개발과 수준에 따른 능력단위는 현재 개발이 되어있지만, 디자인 교육에 관련하여 주차별로 그 시기에 맞춰 필요한 능력단위를 정리하여 교육 프로그램을 개발한 연구는 아직 많이 개발되지 않아 이 논문의 희소성이 기대된다. 앞으로 디자인 교육을 하는 많은 선생님들과 교육을 희망하는 학생들에게 도움이 되고 많이 활용 되었으면 한다.
