근골격계 손상 실버환자를 위한 U-헬스케어 인터페이스의 UX디자인 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 실버세대들의 주요 질환으로서 근골격계 질환이 확대되고 있다는 점을 고려하여 근골격계 손상 실버환자들을 위한 u-헬스케어 UX디자인을 연구 주제로 삼았다. 고령자의 u-헬스케어 사용 경험의 불편요소를 파악하고 요구사항을 수용하여 u-헬스케어의 사용상 문제점을 분석하여 UX디자인 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 5장으로 구성되어 있고 다음과 같이 이루어져 있다. 1장 서론에서는 연구의 배경 및 목적을 밝히고, 연구의 범위를 설정하였다. 그리고 연구의 체계 및 방법을 제시하였다. 2장 이론적 배경에서는 연구의 타당성 도출을 위한 이론적 고찰을 하였다. 근골격계 손상 실버환자를 위한 u-헬스케어 연구 토대마련을 위해 실버세대와 근골격계 질환의 상관관계를 고찰하여 본 연구의 필요성에 대해 알아보았으며, u-헬스케어의 정의 및 특성을 이론적으로 정립하여 u-헬스케어에 대한 이해를 도왔다. 3장 사례분석 및 전문가 평가에서는 근골격계 손상 환자의 재활을 돕는 u-헬스케어 사례 3가지에 대해 주요 기능과 구조에 대한 분석하였고, 유니버셜디자인 7원칙에 근거한 전문가 평가를 시행하였다. 4장 사용자 조사에서는 연구 주제의 주요 사용자인 근골격계 손상 고령환자를 피 실험자로 선정하여 태스크(Task) 수행을 통한 평가체크리스트 분석을 시행하였다. 이를 통해 표본 사용의 만족 및 불만족 사항을 파악하고자 하였으며, 체크리스트에 대한 프로빙(Probing)도 함께 시행하여 만족 및 불만족 사항에 대한 원인을 파악하고자 하였다. 5장 결론에서는 본 연구의 연구결과를 제시하였다. 연구결과로 사용자 니즈와 의견이 반영된 u-헬스케어 UX디자인 방향을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 기존에 개발자 관점에서 기술 중심 서비스 디자인에서 벗어나 사용자의 의견을 반영한 인간 중심 방향성을 제시하였다는 점에서 논문의 의의가 있다고 하겠다.;In this study, considering the musculoskeletal diseases are expanding as a silver generation of major disease, u-healthcare UX design for silver generation patients with musculoskeletal injury was considered as the main theme of the study. The purpose of this study is to identify the inconveniences of the u-health care experience of the elderly and to analyze the problems of u-health care by accepting the requirements and presenting UX design direction. This research consists of five chapters and consists of : In Chapter 1, the study revealed the background and purpose of the study, and set the scope of the study. And it proposed the framework and methods of research. In Chapter 2, In the theoretical background, theoretical considerations were made to derive the validity of the study. The need of this study was to investigate the relationship between the silver generation and musculoskeletal injuries in order to establish the basis of u-healthcare research for silver generation patients with musculoskeletal injury and the definition and characteristics of u-healthcare were theoretically established and helped to understand u-healthcare. In Chapter 3, In case studies and expert assessment, we analyzed the main functions and structure of the u-healthcare 3 cases for helping rehabilitate patients with musculoskeletal injuries, and performed expert assessments based on Universal Design 7 Principles. In Chapter 4, In the user survey, an elderly patient with musculoskeletal injuries, which is a major user of the research subject, was selected as the subject and an evaluation checklist analysis was conducted through task execution. The purpose of this study was to identify the satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the use of the sample and to identify the cause of satisfaction and dissatisfaction by conducting probing with the checklist. In Chapter 5, In conclusion, the results of this study are presented. As a result of the study, u-health care UX design direction reflecting user's needs and opinions was presented. In this study, I have suggested the human-centered direction that reflects the user 's opinion by deviating from the technology centered service design from the existing developer perspective
