국내 음악 중재 관련 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 연구에 대한 탐색적 분석

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 연구의 질 평가도구로써 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증받은 AMSTAR(Assessment of Multiple Systematic Reviews)을 활용하여 국내학술지에 게재된 음악 중재 관련 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 연구의 질적 수준을 알아봄으로써 평가 항목별 현존하는 연구의 질적 수준을 파악해보고 음악치료학 분야 연구의 질 향상 방안을 논의하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 연구자는 분석대상 연구 선정기준에 따라 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 연구가 활발하게 이루어지던 2000년부터 2017년 9월까지 국내 전문 학술지에 게재된 음악 중재 관련 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 연구를 검색하였다. 검색 결과, 18편의 연구가 분석대상 연구로 선정되었으며, 이를 대상으로 연구목표에서 세운 기준에 따라 분류 및 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 음악 중재 관련 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 연구가 최근 5년 사이에 확연히 증가하여 양적인 부분에서의 성장이 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 반면, 질 평가 결과, 타 학문 분야에서 동일한 평가도구를 기반으로 시행된 결과에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 수준의 점수가 확인되었다. 평가 항목별로 살펴보았을 때, 전체 항목 중 ‘두 명 이상에 의한 문헌선택과 자료추출 수행’, ‘포함기준에 출판상태 제시’, ‘포함 및 배제된 연구목록 제시’, ‘출판 비뚤림 가능성 평가’, ‘이해상충 기술’ 5개의 영역에서 낮은 결과가 나타났으며, 이 항목들의 질적 수준 향상을 위한 중점적인 노력 및 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구의 결과는 국내 음악 중재 관련 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 연구가 증가하고 있는 시점에서 근거기반실무에 기초가 되는 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 연구의 투명하고 객관적인 연구 수행과 상세하고 포괄적인 보고절차의 중요성을 살펴보았다는데 의의가 있다. ;The purpose of this research is to grasp the qualitative level of existing research by detail item and to present measures for improving the quality of research in the field of music therapeutics by making full use of AMSTAR which is proven in reliability and validity as quality evaluation tool of systematic literature consideration and meta analysis research. For this purpose, we classified and analyzed 18 systematic literature consideration and meta analysis research concerning the therapeutic utilization of music which is posted in the domestic journal from 2002 to September 2017 suitable for research's standard of selection on analysis target according to criteria established for research purposes. As a result of the analysis, the systematic literature review for the therapeutic use of music and the meta-analysis research clearly increased during the last five years and it showed that there was growth in the quantitative part. By contrast, a lower level of quality evaluation score was confirmed compared to the evaluation results of other academic quality conducted based on the same evaluation tool when we evaluate the qualitative aspect. By looking at the details of each item, the study indicated that lower result appeared in five areas - duplicate study selection and data extraction, status of publication (i.e. grey literature) used as an inclusion criterion, list of studies (included and excluded) provided, likelihood of publication bias assessed, conflict of interest stated - among entire items and it is necessary to seek out important emphasis and measures to improve the qualitative level of this entry. Consequently, the result of this research has significance on worthy of the importance of bringing out transparent and objective results that are the foundation of practice based on grounds and it is meaningful to carry out the systematic quality evaluation procedure when the results of this study are related to the therapeutic application of domestic music at the time when related system literature review and meta-analysis research are increasing.
