결혼이주남성의 생활만족도에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 한국여성과 결혼한 결혼이주남성의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 토대로 결혼이주남성의 한국사회적응과 사회통합을 위해 개입 방안을 찾는 것이다. 본 연구는 결혼이주남성의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 사회적 차별경험 및 다문화지향성으로 구성하여 그 결과를 살펴봤다. 본 연구는 2015년 전국다문화가족 실태조사 패널데이터를 이용하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 결혼이민자·귀화자 17,109명 중 여성을 제외한 결혼이주남성 2,420명이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 연구대상자들의 일반적 특성과 주요변수들의 특성을 파악하기 위하여 빈도분석과 기술통계량을 시행하였다. 주요변수간의 상관관계를 살펴봤다. 그리고 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 사회적 차별경험 및 다문화지향성이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 결혼이주남성의 생활만족도 수준은 M = 3.78(SD = 1.007)로 보통 이상인 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 독립변수 및 종속변수 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 모든 독립변수는 종속 변수인 생활만족도에 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 본 연구에서 구성한 결혼이주남성의 사회적 차별경험 및 다문화지향성이 모두 생활만족도에 유의미한 영향력을 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 독립변수인 사회적 차별경험은 결혼이주남성의 생활만족도에 유의미한 부적(-) 영향을 작용하였다. 독립변수인 다문화지향성도 생활만족도에 유의미한 정적(+) 영향을 작용하였다. 넷째, 본 연구는 생활만족도를 12.2% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다.;The purpose of this study is to understand the factors affecting to the life satisfaction of married immigrant men married to Korean women. Based on this, the object is to find the intervention measures for marriage migrants' adaptation to Korean society and social integration. In this research examined the factors that affect marital immigrant life satisfaction by social discrimination experience and multicultural orientation. In this research paper was used actual condition panel data of multicultural family survey for 2015 of Korea. The subject of this study was 2,420 married immigrant men, except women from the 17,109 marriage immigrants and naturalized persons. Data analysis was carried out using frequency analysis and descriptive statistics to determine the general characteristics and main characteristics of subjects using SPSS 21.0. Was researched the correlation between the key variables. And the hierarchical regression analysis of the social and cultural orientation discrimination experienced by analyzed the impact on life satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows: First, life satisfaction level of married immigrant men was more than normal M = 3.78 (SD = 1.007). Second, as a result of analyzing the correlation between independent variables and dependent variables, all independent variables showed a significant correlation with the dependent variable which is a life satisfaction. Third, in this study the social discrimination experience and the multicultural orientation of married immigrant men all have a significant impact on life satisfaction. An independent variable, social discrimination experience influenced significant negative (-) to the life satisfaction of married immigrant men. Multicultural orientation, an independent variable, also had a significant (+) effect on life satisfaction. Fourth, this study showed that 12.2% of married immigrant men are satisfied in life.
