교육실습을 통한 생물예비교사의 교육실습 경험과 교직관 형성

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 교육대학원 학생들의 교육실습 경험 내용을 알아보고 교육실습경험이 교직관 형성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 교직관이란 교직에 대한 지각, 태도, 가치관 등으로 교사라는 특수한 직업특성을 어떻게 지각하고 인식하는가에 따른 신념과 태도로 교육을 실천하는 과정에서 다른 교직수행의 모습, 교육활동, 교육성취에 차이를 초래하기 때문에 교직관을 아는 것이 중요하다. 이 연구를 통해 교육실습을 통한 교직관 형성을 알아보고 성공적인 교육실습을 위한 수업지원과 실습학교에서 제공하는 교육실습 프로그램에 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 이에 따른 구체적인 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육대학원에 재학중인 예비과학교사의 교육실습 경험은 어떠한가? 둘째, 예비과학교사의 교육실습 경험을 통한 교직관 형성은 어떠한가? 본 연구를 위하여 참여한 네명의 예비교사는 다양한 직업과 교수경험을 가진 교육대학원 생물교육전공 학생들이다. 교육실습 기간 중 매일 작성한 교육실습일지와 수업지도안을 분석을 토대로 반 구조화된 면담을 하여 자료를 수집하고, 이를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 교육실습경험은 교육대학원 학생들의 성직관과 전문직관, 전문봉사직관 형성과 확신에 영향을 주었다. 성직관의 경우 교육실습 중 학급경영, 학생상담, 체험학습 등을 경험하면서 학생들과 라포를 형성하게 되면서 나타났다. 교사에게 사랑과 관심, 헌신의 자세가 필요하다고 보았고, 학생들에게 상담이나 인성교육을 해주는 것을 교사의 역할로 생각하였다. 전문봉사직관의 경우 실습학교에서 학습자중심수업을 참관하고 시연을 해보거나 재미있게 재구성하여 가르치는 수업에 학생들이 참여하는 것을 발견함으로써 형성되었다. 이를 통해 교사의 역할을 학생의 눈높이에 맞게 수업을 구상하거나 학습을 돕는 조력자로 여기게 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 전문직관의 경우 교사의 수업 노하우를 관찰하며 수업 전문성을, 교사가 학생의 특징 파악을 바탕으로 행사기획, 학생상담, 사고예방 등을 하는 것을 보고 학생 전문가로 인식하였다. 경험의 축적을 통해 전문성이 형성되었음을 예상하며 교직을 전문직관으로 보는 관점이 생겼음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 교육실습의 내용에 따라 다른 교직관이 형성되었음을 알 수 있었다.;The purpose of the research is to about the internship experience and to analyze the effects of the current internship on the view of teaching. View of teaching stated above refers to the attitude and perception towards education. Since the difference in the view of teaching could cause a disparity in the academic accomplishments and actions of the students and teachers, it is very important for one to have a positive sense of view for teaching. This research will focus on the formation of the view of teaching and the necessary teaching complements in order to achieve a successful teaching lesson. The questions that comes up is as followed — first, what does a preparatory science teacher experience during his/her teaching lessons and second, to what degree does the view of teaching form during these preparatory lessons. The four preparatory teachers who participated in this research are biology majors who have had diverse jobs and teaching experiences. The research analyzed the daily journals written by the teachers and utilized interviews with students. The result reassured the validity of the effectiveness and the formation of the view of teaching from frequent teaching lessons. The view of sacred profession was formed through student counseling, field trips that eventually formed rapport between the teacher and the students. It was proven that teachers must show love and attention and provide enough character counseling for the teachers. The view of professional service could be formed by visiting the volunteering service for learners at center. Also, the view of professional profession was formed by observing and analyzing a certain teacher’s effective methods. Through the accumulation of experiences, the view of professional profession was formed.
