대상군 선호 음악에 대한 음악치료사의 인식 및 활용 현황

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the perceptions and use of music therapists' preference music in the music therapy field. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 87 people who are currently working as music therapists with domestic and foreign music therapy qualifications through regular music therapy degree programs. The questionnaire period was from November 4, 2016 until November 20, and online and offline questionnaires were used to collect information on the career, music technology competence, major clients, and perception and use of music preference of client's music preference. As a result, the music therapists participating in this study selectively used the client 's preferred music according to the client' s functional level, characteristics, session goals, etc. In addition, since the therapies of music therapists consist mainly of children with disabilities or teenagers, there was a difference in the perceived effectiveness and effectiveness of the client 's preferred music. The perception of the importance of preference music was 8 points on the 10 point scale and there was no relationship between the perception of the importance of the music therapist 's career and the preference music. The results of this study can grasp the importance and reason of preference music as a therapeutic resource. It is suggested that it is important that the client 's preference music is selectively used according to the purpose, subject group and age at the music therapy field.;본 연구의 목적은 음악치료 현장 내 대상군의 선호 음악에 대한 음악치료사의 인식과 활용 현황을 알아보기 위한 것으로, 정규 음악치료 학위과정을 통해 국내·외 음악치료 자격증을 소지하고 현재 음악치료사로 활동하고 있는 87명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문기간은 2016년 11월 4일부터 11월 20일까지였으며, 온라인 및 오프라인 설문조사를 통해 음악치료사의 경력, 음악기술 역량, 주요 임상대상, 선호 음악에 대한 인식과 활용 현황에 대한 내용을 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 본 연구에 참여한 음악치료사들은 치료 과정에서 내담자의 선호 음악을 내담자의 기능 수준이나 특성, 세션의 목표 등 필요에 따라 선택적으로 활용하고 있었다. 또한, 음악치료사들의 치료 현장이 주로 장애 아동이나 청소년으로 이루어져 있어 내담자 선호 음악에 대한 효과성 인식과 활용에 차이가 나타났으며, 특정 연령군과 목표 영역에 있어 편향된 응답이 나타났다. 선호 음악의 중요성에 대한 인식은 10점 등간척도에서 평균 8점이었고 음악치료사의 경력과 선호 음악의 중요성에 대한 인식 간에는 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 선호 음악이 치료 자원으로서 갖는 중요성과 근거에 대한 인식을 파악할 수 있으며, 음악치료 현장에서 내담자의 선호 음악은 필요 목적과 대상군, 연령에 따라 선택적으로 활용되어야 함을 시사한다.
