유치원 통학버스 승하차 안전 효율성을 높이기 위한 모바일 어플리케이션 디자인

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 유치원 통학버스의 승하차 안전 효율성을 높이기 위한 방안을 제시하려고 했다. 유치원 통학버스의 승하차 사고의 원인을 살펴보니 보육교사의 무관심 및 부주의로 사고가 많이 일어나는데 이러한 문제점에 대해 제도적인 방법 및 서비스 인프라는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 환경에 노출되어 있는 인솔교사, 학부모를 위한 모바일 서비스를 제안하였으며 서비스 설계를 위해 유치원 통학버스에 대한 문헌 조사 연구를 진행하였다. 또한 유치원 원장선생님과 인솔교사, 학부모에게 한정하여 연구를 진행하였으며 학부모는 통학버스를 태워 유치원을 보내는 학부모를 대상으로 하였다. 학부모는 무엇보다도 유치원 통학버스 승하차에 있어서 유치원에 대한 믿음과 신뢰가 없다고 그것이 문제점이라고 생각한다고 답변하였으며 그로 인해 유치원으로 아이 출석 확인 전화를 많이 거는 습관이 생겼다고 하였다. 반면 담당 인솔자는 15명 내외의 어린이들을 케어 하는데 업무가 너무 많기 때문에 의무적으로 출석체크를 한다고 답변 하면서 문제점을 인지하고 있음에도 해결할 수 있는 방법이 없기 때문에 방관하고 있다고 하였다. 이런 점을 해결하기 위해서 사례 연구 결과 디바이스와 연동하여 승, 하차 알림을 해주는 앱 서비스가 있었으나 디바이스가 없으면 활용할 수 없었기에 부족함이 많다는 사실을 발견할 수 있었다. 따라서 앞에서 조사한 통학버스 승하차 사고에 대한 문헌조사와 사례연구를 토대로 본 연구의 타겟 대상자인 인솔교사와 학부모를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하여 유치원 통학버스 승하차 안전 효율성을 높이기 위한 모바일 어플리케이션 디자인에 대한 요구사항을 분석하였다. 그 결과 인솔교사, 학부모 역시 믿음과 신뢰를 기반으로 한 서비스로 해결할 수 있기를 원했다. 또한, NFC 기술을 활용한 스티커 센서 도입으로 복잡한 설정 과정 없이 원생들을 편리하게 케어 할 수 있게 하였다. 이를 고려하여 심층 인터뷰도 진행 하였으며 추가 사용자를 대상으로 사용성 테스트를 진행하여 개선점을 도출하고 이를 반영하여 실제 타겟층의 요구 사항을 충족시킨 서비스로 구현하고자 하였다.;The purpose of the study is to propose a method to reduce accidents caused while getting on and off a preschool bus. Many accidents related to preschool buses were found to be caused by negligence of the nursing teachers. However, there is lack of institutional means and service infrastructure to solve the problem. Therefore, this study proposed a mobile service for nursing teachers and parents of children who are exposed to the relevant risks, to design the service, literature related to preschool buses was reviewed. Also, the research was limited to preschool directors and teachers and parents of preschool students who use preschool buses. The parents in this study attributed the main problem to lack of reliability of preschools for ensuring safety regarding school buses and said that it is the reason they developed a habit of frequently calling the preschool to check if their children have arrived safely. Meanwhile, the nursing teachers answered they check attendance formally because they have too much work while taking care of about 15 children on average. Also, they said, although they are aware of the problem, there is no solution and, therefore, they are not taking measures. This study found that there was an app service that provides notification when children get on and off the school bus but was not highly useful because it cannot be used without the relevant device. Therefore, based on the literature and case study, this study conducted an in-depth interview with nursing teachers and parents, the target subjects of this study, and analyzed requirements for designing a mobile application that can help improve efficiency in ensuring safety related to preschool buses. The result showed that both nursing teachers and parents demanded reliability and trust for the service. After the in-depth interview, a usability test was conducted among additional users in order to identify possible improvements and create a service that satisfies the needs of the target users.
