Abstract
We present a case of infantile myofibromatosis manifest as a choroid plexus mass followed by spontaneous regression. Infantile myofibromatosis is a common juvenile fibrous disorder occurring in infancy and early childhood. Intracranial involvement in infantile myofibromatosis is rare. It generally occurs in the dura with calvarial invasion and secondary brain compression. © 2007 Springer-Verlag.
