Abstract
Pseudo-l-vinylcyclopropyl adenine and guanine nucleosides 11 and 12 were designed and enantiopurely synthesized starting from (S)-epichlorohydrin using tandem alkylation, regioselective oxirane-ring opening, and chemoselective reduction as key steps. Copyright © Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
