dc.description.abstract | This study examines corporate e-learning systems in terms of the role of stakeholders and end-user satisfaction. The study identifies possible Critical Success Factors (CSFs) in e-learning systems (content, technical features, management, and organisational support) and tests whether a consensus occurs among stakeholders that these factors facilitate successful implementation. The study shows that stakeholder consensus on the importance of these factors has a positive influence on perceived implementation quality in e-learning systems, which in turn is positively related to user satisfaction. The paper concludes with key implications of this finding for business and management. Copyright © 2013 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd. | - |
