dc.description.abstractA memory management policy to support concurrent execution of real-time and interactive jobs in a mobile system is presented. The proposed policy allows interactive jobs to use memory area reserved for a real-time task when the real-time task becomes inactive. Simulation experiments show that the policy significantly reduces page faults of interactive jobs. © 2010 The Institution of Engineering and Technology.*
