dc.description.abstractSynthesis, structure and heterogenous catalytic activity of a coordination polymer containing tetranuclear Cu(II)-btp units connected by nitrates were studied. Blue block-type crystals were obtained from the direct diffusion technique. With acetate counteranions, a discrete Cu(II) molecule was obtained. This polymer is an effective heterogeneous catalyst for regioselective ring opening of epoxide by methanol.*
