서비스 블루프린트를 이용한 S.M.A.R.T. 웨딩 모델 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 전통사회에서 지금까지 내려오고 있는 결혼 문화에 대해 최근 시대의 요구에 맞춰 변화할 필요가 있는 결혼 절차나 예식 문화에 있어 까다로운 절차와 과소비를 억제하고 결혼 본래의 의미와 전통을 살릴 수 있는 방안을 살펴보고자 한다.그러기 위해 우선 현재 결혼식의 절차나 문화에 어떤 의미를 가지고 있는지 그리고 어떻게 변모해왔는지 알아보고 결혼식 절차나 문화에 대한 사람들의 인식과 선호도를 조사하여 경제적이고 간소하지만 결혼의 본래 의미는 살릴 수 있는 결혼 모델을 연구하고자 한다. 결혼은 유ᆞ무형의 서비스로 이루어져 있다. 결혼을 준비하는 집에서는 지인들에게 결혼을 알리고 하객들에게 축하의 의미로 대접하는 일종의 서비스이다. 결혼이 하나의 프로세스라고 한다면 이를 도식화하고 효과적으로 설계하기 위한 도구로 서비스 블루프린트라고 하는 프로세스 디자인 방법을 사용하여 결혼 모델을 제시하고자 한다.그러기 위해서 결혼 절차의 각 단계에 담긴 의미와 사람들의 인식과 선호도를 조사하여 필요없는 절차나 수정이 필요한 절차에 대해 설문을 통해 선택하고 이를 통해 서비스 블루프린트로 설계한 결과 S.M.A.R.T.결혼 모델을 제시할 수 있었다.서비스 블루프린트는 Potential Fail Points를 찾아내고 해당 Fail Point와 영향을 미치는 요소들을 제거하거나 수정하게 된다.기존의 결혼식 절차를 서비스 블루프린트로 도식화하고 Potential Fail Points를 찾아낸 결과 혼담에서 피로연까지 총 34개의 Potential Fail Points를 찾아냈다. 설문 조사 결과를 반영하여 S.M.A.R.T.(Simple and Meaningful wedding is Appropriate for Reasonable &Traditional wedding.)결혼 모델을 만들었으며 혼담에서 피로연까지의 Potential Fail Points가 총 23개로 감소하였다. Potential Fail Points가 감소했다는 의미는 그만큼 사용자의 불행이나 슬픔,괴로움 등의 부정적인 감정이 감소한다는 것을 나타낸다. 최근 기존의 결혼 모델에 대해 변화가 요구되는 시점에서 연예인을 중심으로 새롭게 떠오르고 있는 작은 결혼식이 하나의 대안으로 떠오르고 있다. 하지만 작은 결혼식은 아직 정형화되지 않았고 어떤 가이드 라인이 없다는 점에서 본 연구에서 제시한 결혼 모델을 적용한다면 작은 결혼식이 추구하는 규모만 작은 결혼식이 아니라 단순하고 간소하지만 의미를 지닌 결혼 모델로 경제적이면서 전통의 의미를 간직한 결혼 문화로 정착될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. ;This study explores a plan to suppress fastidiousness and excessive consumption related to wedding procedures and practice that need to change and recover the proper meaning and tradition of marriage, as the traditional wedding practice needs to change in meeting the recent requirements. In the second stage, I examine the significance of current wedding procedure and culture and surveying their erstwhile transformation. In the third stage, through an investigation of public perception and preferences regarding wedding procedures and practice, I’d like to study a marriage model that is not financially costly but still can serve its intended purpose. A marriage is composed of tangible and intangible services. From the perspective of a family that prepares a marriage, wedding is a service in that they let acquaintances know of it and treat guests in celebration. Provided that marriage is a process, I will use a process design method called Service Blueprint to present a marriage model. For that purpose, I surveyed the significance of different procedures of marriage as well as public perception and preferences and had respondents choose needless parts or revisions about it. With this, I performed design with Service Blueprint, thus presenting a S.M.A.R.T. marriage model. Service blueprint serves to identify potential fail points and remove or modify them and those factors that influence them. By schematizing the previous marriage procedures with Service Blueprint and searching, I have found out total 34 potential fail points from marriage talk to wedding party. In reflecting the results of the survey, I created S.M.A.R.T. (“Simple and Meaningful wedding is Appropriate for Reasonable & Traditional wedding.”) marriage model, through which the number of potential fail points has been reduced to 24 from marriage talk to wedding party. The reduction of potential fail points suggests the reduction of the user’s negative feelings such as unhappiness, sorrows, and distress. As changes are called for with the previous marriage model, a small wedding held mostly by entertainment celebrities is emerging as alternative. However, small weddings have yet to be formulated and find certain guidelines. In this light, applying the marriage model presented in this study will be able to establish the small wedding not just as a small-sized wedding but as a simple, modest, and meaningful marriage model that can settle into a marriage practice that is at once economical and traditionally significant.
