Abstract

This thesis is a study of my graduation recital programs for master's degree of <Italian Concerto BWV.971> of J.S. Bach, <Piano Sonata Op.10-3> of L.V. Beethoven, <Sonatine> of M. Ravel and <Andante Spianato and Grand Polonaise> of F.Chopin. <Italian Concerto> of J.S Bach was composed under the influence to the concerto style in the Italy, unique style of Bach was born with Italian concerto form, so Italian and German style is melted together. <Piano Sonata Op.10-3> of L.V.Beethoven is belong to the beginning, among Beethoven sonata, and it is consisted of four movements. First movement is the sonata form, the second movement is very slow heavy movement of Largo, 3rd movement is minuet, 4th movement is a rondo form. The important feature we can find in this song is , Beethoven regarded organic relations between movements, the main motive in the first movement appears in the whole movements. Sonatine of M.Ravel strongly appears classical trend as he is a composer of impressionism. All of 3 movements have sonata form, also a sense of tonality. On the other hand, it shows use of mode, continuous use of 7th , 9th chord and chromatic scale used frequently in Impressionism music. Also the important feature of this work is recurrent theme, it shows the unity between the movements because the motive in the first movement is used in all movements. The F.Chopin Andante Spianato and Grand Polonaise is the only piece for orchestra and piano in he's polonaises, but mostly the piano solo is playing without orchestra part. Because piano is a main part but orchestra part is only an accompany. This piece has beautiful introduction before the brilliant polonaise and technically wonderful. it also makes harmony with rhythmic polonaise and decorative melody.;본 논문은 본인의 졸업연주 프로그램인 J.S.Bach Italian Concerto, L.V.Beethoven Piano Sonata Op.10-3, M.Ravel Sonatine, F.Chopin Andante Spianato and Grand Polonaise에 관한 연구이다. J.S.Bach의 Italian Concerto는 당시 서양음악의 중심지였던 이탈리아에서 유행했던 협주곡 양식으로 작곡된 그 당시의 쳄발로를 위한 곡으로 이탈리아 스타일이 바하의 스타일로 다시 태어나 이탈리아와 독일 두 나라의 스타일이 조화롭게 녹아 있다. L.V.Beethoven Piano Sonata Op.10-3은 베토벤의 초기 소나타 곡으로 4악장으로 이루어져 있다. 1악장은 소나타 형식이고, 2악장은 Largo의 매우 느리고 무거운 악장이며, 3악장은 미뉴엣, 4악장은 론도형식이다. 이 곡에서 찾아볼 수 있는 중요한 특징으로는 1악장의 주제동기가 전 악장에 걸쳐서 나오고 있는 점으로 베토벤이 악장 간의 유기적 관계를 중요시하였음을 알 수 있다. M.Ravel Sonatine는 인상주의 작곡가 라벨의 고전적 경향이 강하게 드러나는 대표적인 곡으로 3악장 모두 소나타형식을 갖추고 있고, 조성감을 가지고 있다. 그러면서도 인상주의 음악에서 자주 쓰이는 특징인 선법의 사용, 7화음,9화음의 연속사용, 반음계 등이 나타나고 있다. 또한 이 곡의 중요한 특징은 순환주제기법인데, 1악장의 모티브가 전악장에 주제동기로 사용되어 악장 간의 통일성을 중시하였음을 알 수 있다. F.Chopin Andante Spianato and Grand Polonaise는 쇼팽의 폴로네이즈 중 관현악과 피아노를 위한 유일한 곡이지만 피아노의 비중이 대부분이고 관현악은 반주에 불과하여 독주곡으로 편곡된 곡이 대부분 연주된다. 화려한 폴로네이즈 앞에 느리고 아름다운 서주가 붙는 이 곡은 기교적으로도 화려하고 장식적인 선율과 폴로네이즈의 경쾌한 리듬이 어우러져 연주 효과가 뛰어난 곡이다.
