국내 암환자 대상 음악 적용 연구 고찰

Abstract

본 연구는 암환자 대상 음악 적용 연구를 검토하는 것을 통해 암환자의 신체적 필요와 정서적 필요를 포함하여 연구의 흐름을 분석하는 동향연구이다. 대상 연구는 2005년부터 2015년까지 학술데이터베이스를 사용하여 '음악','암','말기암','종양'으로 검색된 연구 논문으로 데이터 베이스에서 학위 논문을 제거하고 학술지 논문 총 21편 중 한국연구재단(KCI) 등재지 및 등재후보지에 포함되지 않는 문헌 3편과 근거가 불분명한 문헌 1편을 제외하여 총 17편이 선정되었다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 2005년부터 2009년 사이에 총 6편이 발표되었다. 암환자의 신체적 필요에서는 통증을 하위요인으로 하여 가장 많은 연구가 진행되었으며 심리적 필요에서는 불안, 우울을 대부분 하위요인으로 진행한 것으로 나타났다. 신체적 증상의 경우 5편의 연구에서 중재 되었으며 통증, 오심/구토, 스트레스, 피로의 요인으로 연구에서 중재가 진행된 것으로 나타났다. 정서적 증상에는 불안/우울을 주로 중재한 문헌이 3편, 사회적 필요에 관한 연구가 3편, 인식도 조사 연구가 2편, 영적 필요에 관한 연구가 1편 제공되었다. 결과를 통해 정서적 측면 보다 생리적 증상에서 더 많은 연구가 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 연구 방법별로 단일대상연구와 유사실험연구, 전후실험연구, 사례연구를 포함한 기술 연구, 질적연구와 양적연구가 혼합된 통합 연구 순의 비율로 연구가 실시되었다. 가장 일반적으로 사용되는 음악 적용 개입은 3가지 이상의 음악 적용 중재가 8편(47.0%), 감상 중재가 7편(41.2%), 인식조사 연구가 총 2편(11.8%)이었다. 결과 변수에는 생리적 반응 중 통증, 불안, 우울, 스트레스, 기분에서 유의한 변화가 도출되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 암환자 대상 음악 적용 연구가 국내에서 음악치료 분야와 간호학 분야를 중심으로 진행되었으며 전반적 흐름은 신체적 필요에 입각하여 진행되고 있음을 시사한다.;This study was a trend research needs, including physical and emotional needs of cancer patients with cancer patients to examine the music application for analyzing the flow of the research studies. In emotional terms than more research is being conducted through the results in physiological symptoms it can be seen. Similar experiments with single-subject research study by research methods, before and after the experimental studies, technical studies, including case studies, qualitative research and quantitative research study was conducted as a percentage of net mixed integrated research. The most commonly used interventions are applied to three or more music application interventions is eight pieces (47.0%), listening intervention seven pieces (41.2%), recognition degree of research has been two pieces (11.8%).
