중학생의 아버지 애착과 역기능적 분노표현의 관계

Abstract

본 연구에서는 아버지 애착과 역기능적 분노표현 간의 관계를 정서인식명확성과 자기효능감이 매개하는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 경남, 강원 지역에 거주하는 중학교 1, 2, 3학년 학생들 379명(남: 170명, 여:209명)을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문 조사를 시행하였으며, 변인들 간의 관계를 파악하기 위해 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 아버지 애착과 역기능적 분노표현 사이에서 자기효능감이 단순매개효과를 나타냈으며, 아버지 애착이 정서인식명확성과 자기효능감을 순차적으로 거쳐 역기능적 분노표현에 미치는 이중매개효과도 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 발견된 결과를 바탕으로 아버지와의 불안정 애착으로 인해 분노표현에 문제를 겪고 있는 청소년들을 위한 효과적인 개입전략에 대해 논의하였다.;The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation among Father Attachment, Maladaptive Anger Expression, Emotional Clarity and Self Efficacy. Participants were 379 middle school students drawn from Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gyeongnam and Gangwon regions. Structural Equation Modeling analysis was conducted using self-report data from the participants. Results indicated that the mediating effect of self efficacy as well as the dual-mediated effect of emotional clarity and self efficacy was significant between father attachment and maladaptive anger expression, Based on these findings, effective intervention strategies were discussed for adolescents who have trouble in maladaptive anger expression caused by insecure attachment with fathers. The strategic implication for father intervention was also addressed.
