- Abstract
- As a consequence of global warming phenomenon, estimation and prediction of
yearly maximum temperatures in the region are hot issues in meteorology. However,
due to the limitation of number of observations (since we get 1 data point within
the year), statistical results can be not so accurate. In this article, we focus on the
estimation of mean of yearly maximum temperatures using the limited fluctuation
method and extreme value theory. As an example, we provide the proposed
estimation method using the yearly maximum temperatures in Korean regions.;본 논문에서는 대한민국의 1990년부터 2010년까지의 대한민국 15개의 주요 행정 지
