Giovanni Bottesini의 Fantasia "La Sonnambula"(nach Bellini)에 대한 분석 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 석사 과정 이수를 위한 졸업 독주회에서 연주 하였던 작품 중 지오반니 보테시니(Giovanni Bottesini, 1821~1889)의「Fantasia "La Sonnambula" (nach Bellini)」에 관한 분석 연구이다. 더블 베이스는 가장 큰 악기로 크기에 비해 다소 작은 소리를 낸다. 독주에서의 더블베이스의 음량은 작지만, 오케스트라에서의 더블베이스는 음량적으로 저음을 받쳐주며 리듬의 바탕이 된다. 더블 베이스는 바이올린 족 악기 중 제일 낮은 음역을 담당하며 오케스트라에서는 힘과 무게, 대위선율의 기초를 만든다. 19세기 낭만 시대에는 더블 베이스가 오케스트라에서 독립된 선율을 연주 할 수 있는 악기로 발달되는 시기였다. 낭만시대 대표적 작곡가겸 연주자, 지휘자로는 보테시니를 꼽을 수 있는데 그의 베이스를 위한 독주곡에서는 베이스의 음역의 확대와 화려한 연주기법을 찾아볼 수 있다. 그의 작품 중 하나인 Fantasia " La sonnambula"(nach Bellini)를 분석하여 그 시대 음악과 연주법에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 그리고 또, 본 논문에서는 더블 베이스의 시대적 변화와 일반적인 특징을 통해 독주악기로써의 가능성을 생각해보고자 한다.;This dissertation is a analytical study on the 「Fantasia "La sonnambula"(nach Bellini)」of Giovanni Bottesini, (1821~1889) that I played for my graduation recital as part of my master's program. Double bass is the biggest musical instrument which can make the lowest sound in the string section. Considering its size, it makes a little small sound. At a solo, its sound is small, but at an orchestra, several doublebass's are used and they do the role of providing basis for basic rhythm. Double Bass makes much lower-pitched sound than violin, viola and cello and it provides energy, gravity and the basis of harmony in orchestra. We can say that in the 19th century the romantic period, Double bass could play the independent melody in orchestra. Bottesini can be mentioned as a representative composer, performer and a conductor of the romantic age since we can find his extension of the bass's compass and his splendid performing technique in his music concerning the basses. The purpose of this study is to investigate the compass and the execution in that period by analysing the 「Fantasia "La Sonnambula" (nach Bellini)」. And in this thesis is to know the changes of the Double Bass in times and the possibilities as a solo instrument through general characteristics.
