몽환적 로맨틱 패션이미지 스타일링에 관한 연구

Abstract

현대 사회는 정보통신의 발달로 인해 세계적으로 활발한 교류가 이루어지면서 문화가 공유되고 서로 다른 문화를 만나 새로운 문화를 창출하기도 한다. 패션은 그러한 변화에 있어 자기표현을 하는 중요한 수단으로 자리 잡고 있으며 자신의 표현방식에 있어서 무엇을 입느냐 보다는 어떻게 입느냐가 새로운 트렌드로 부상되었다. 의상뿐만 아니라 액세서리나, 헤어, 메이크업의 전체적인 요소가 어우러져 다양한 스타일로 스타일링 하는 것이 중요하게 되었고 같은 의상도 다양하고 새롭게 변화시킬 수 있는 능력을 가진 스타일리스트의 역할과 분야가 점점 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 다양한 문화와 급변하는 현실에 식상해져 과거에 대한 향수를 동경하는 소비자들에게 로맨틱과 데님의 매치는 몽환적인 이미지를 표현하는데 매력적인 요소로 자극되며 본 연구자는 로맨틱의 특성과 데님소재를 조합하고 시대적 장식요소를 반영하여 로맨틱 패션을 몽환적 이미지로 스타일링을 하였다. 이어 본 연구의 목적은 몽환적인 이미지의 성향을 재조명하여 기존의 스타일링 표현방법에서 벗어나 환상적인 분위기의 몽환적 로맨틱 패션으로 스타일링 함으로써 새로운 이미지를 제시하는데 두었다. 본 연구를 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 패션 스타일리스트란 기존 세대의 패션과 다른 새로운 착장 방법을 제안하고, 새로운 이미지 창출을 위한 끊임없는 실험정신과 노력이 필요하며 다양한 연출 요소들의 적절한 배합과 조율능력이 있어야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 다양한 연출 요소란 의상과 액세서리, 헤어, 메이크업을 포함한 모델의 인적구성 요소까지의 총체적인 결합을 의미한다. 변화되는 사회 속에서 창의적인 스타일리스트의 능력과 중요성이 다양한 분야에서 점점 확대되어지고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 현대 패션에서 과거의 시대성을 반영한 로맨틱 패션의 다양한 이미지 표현 사례의 연구와 시도가 끊이지 않고 있다는 점과 시대별로 장식기법을 연구하여 활용한 사례가 꾸준히 변형되고 접목하는 방법이 나날이 새롭게 변모되고 있다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 로맨틱 감성은 형식보다 정신에 우위성을 부여하는 사상으로 다양성을 인정하며 개성과 자유로움을 중시하고 감정을 존중한다. 그리하여 현실과 환경에 지쳐있고 그로인해 판타지와 과거를 동경하는 심리에 몽환적 로맨틱 이미지의 다양성과 새로운 시각의 가능성은 다른 시대의 문화를 차용하여 마음의 풍요와 정신적 세계에 대한 향수를 찾고자하는 욕구를 잘 표현해주고 있다는 것을 알게 되었다. 넷째, 로맨틱 패션의 장식요소를 중점적으로 연구한 결과 현대에는 과거보다 장식적인 요소가 자유로우며 형태와 소재가 더욱 다양하게 이용되고 있다는 것을 알았다. 그 영향력을 바탕으로 작품제작에 앞서 다양한 시도와 개발을 할 수 있었다. 그 결과물을 데님소재와 접목하여 몽환적 로맨틱 패션 이미지를 연출할 수 있었다. 또한 장식성을 강조한 반면에 무채색 컬러를 선택함으로써 몽환적 이미지를 더욱 부각시킬 수 있었다. 다섯째, 망사위에 워싱 된 데님소재의 모티브를 배열하고 이를 스티치 기법으로 고정시킴으로써 로맨틱하고 고급스런 이미지의 새로운 데님 소재를 만들 수 있었다. 여기에 레이스와 오건디. 시폰. 거즈. 가죽 등의 소재를 코디네이션하여 새로운 시도와 함께 로맨틱 패션 이미지를 몽환적으로 표현할 수 있었다. 또한 전체적인 컬러를 무채색으로 사용하여 차가운 로맨틱 이미지를 표현하여 몽환적으로 표현되도록 할 수 있었다. 여섯째, 몽환적인 분위기의 로맨틱 패션이미지를 스타일링 하기위해 몽환적 이미지의 특성을 알아보고 그 이미지 특성에 맞춰서 스타일링 요소를 통일감 있게 연출할 수 있었다. 또한 그 요소들이 조화를 이루어 몽환적 이미지를 좀 더 부각시킬 수 있도록 코디네이션하거나 작품의 완성도를 높일 수 있도록 계획하는데 있어서 치밀히 준비할 수 있었다. 일곱째, 로맨틱 패션의 시대적인 장식요소들을 고찰한 결과로 그 장식 요소들을 응용해 액세서리를 디자인하고 제작하여 코디네이션 함으로써 과거시대의 향수를 불러 일으키는 몽환적 로맨틱 이미지를 극대화시킬 수 있었다. 넥 장식으로 인해 과장성을 표현하고 신발의 섬세한 장식적 요소와 조형적 디테일을 이용해 그로테스크한 몽환적 이미지를 나타냈다. 전체적으로 로맨틱 데님 스타일을 부각시키기 위해 액세서리의 조합은 스타일링의 완성도를 높이는데 아주 중요한 역할을 한다는 결과를 도출해낼 수 있었다. 여덟째, 헤어와 메이크업의 디자인에 따라 의상이 갖고 있는 이미지를 극대화시키거나 다른 이미지로 전환 시킬 수 있었다. 크기와 형태에 있어 과장적인 헤어로 판타지 이미지를 나타내었고 스모키한 메이크업 디자인은 고스한 느낌과 그로테스크적인 이미지를 표현하는데 적절하게 조합되었다. 패션 스타일링에 있어 중요한 요소로 작용하는 헤어와 메이크업 연출 요소는 몽환적 이미지의 특성을 극대화 시키는데 효율적으로 작용하였다. 그 결과로 몽환적 로맨틱 패션 이미지의 특징을 표현하여 3점의 헤어와 메이크업 디자인을 의상과 코디네이션 했으며 이로 인해 몽환적 이미지를 더욱 부각시키고 작품의 완성도를 높일 수 있었다. 아홉째, 모델이 의상을 해석하고 이해하는 능력과, 의상에 따라 다르게 표현하는 포즈와 표정 연출 능력에 따라 작품의 이미지가 섬세한 차이를 가지며 차별화 되며 더욱 효과적인 이미지를 나타낼 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 열째, 스타일링은 마지막 작업인 촬영에 의해 결과물을 인정받는 작업이고, 그것을 수행하기 위한 촬영과정에서 스텝들과 의견조율을 하고 효과적인 작업 분위기로 이끌어 진행하는 것 또한 중요한 부분임을 알 수 있었다. 촬영 시 배경의 선정은 의상이 가진 컨셉과 테마 이미지를 부각시키거나 또는 자연스럽게 나타내기도 한다. 본 연구자는 과거시대의 몽환적인 분위기를 나타내기 위해 그레이 컬러의 회벽 장식을 한 배경을 선택했는데, 이 또한 표현방법에 있어서 섬세한 부분까지 차별화를 줄 수 있는 중요한 요소라는 결과도 얻을 수 있었다. 이상의 결과로 패션 스타일링의 새로운 이미지의 효과적인 창출을 위해서는 다양한 연출 요소들의 적절한 배합과 그 사회가 갖고 있는 상징적인 의미와 미적 특성이 잘 조화되어야 한다는 점을 인식하였다. 이런 점을 바탕으로 로맨틱 패션이미지를 데님소재의 서로 다른 특성을 응용하여 몽환적인 로맨틱 패션이미지를 연출하여 현대적인 감각의 새로운 패션 이미지에 스타일링 작품을 제시해 보았다. 현재까지 꾸준한 사랑을 받고 있는 로맨틱과 현재에 대두되어 많이 다뤄지고는 있으나 이론적으로 확립되지 않은 몽환적 이미지의 패션분야가 앞으로도 다른 연구자들과 디자이너들의 끊임없는 실험정신으로 연구와 시도를 거듭하여 재조명되길 기대한다.;With the development of information and communication in modern society due to the active exchange is globally shared culture, to meet different cultures may be to create a new culture.
