한국형 베일리 영유아 발달검사 3판 적응행동척도의 표준화 예비연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop Korean version of adaptive behavior scales of K-Bayley-III(Korean Bayley scales of infant and toddler development-third edition). The pilot version of the scales was prepared through translations and item revisions based on previous studies and experts advice. The test was carried out in order to analysis the item characteristics and confirm the reliability and validity of the test before standardizing it in Korea. The subjects were 381 infants of 0-42 months old who live in Seoul and the suburbs. SPSS/PC+ version 18.0 , BILOG-MG3 and Mplus version 7.1 program were used for the analysis of the data. The results of this study are as follow: 1. As a result of analysing item characteristic, difficulty and discrimination parameters were represented that most items show suitable difficulty range from very easy to very difficult and have a good discrimination power. 2. As a result of the analysis of reliability, Cronbach' α was in the range of .70 ~ .92, and standard error of measurement was in 1.60 ~ 3.88. Also, in test-retest reliability which was conducted in 3 weeks, the correlation between the two test results was .99, confirming the high stability of this test. 3. For the validity, researcher made the test based on research and followed the advice of the adaptive behavior experts. Also, the total correlation between Adaptive Behavior Scale and K-SMS was very high(r12=.85). As a part of the validity analysis, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted, and three-factor structure was examined. In this study, as a result of verifying the reliability and the validity of Korean version of Adaptive Behavior Scale of Bayley-III, it was confirmed that this test is valid for estimating adaptive behavior of infants and have the reliability. It is required to revise a couple of items which show inadequate difficulty parameter or low discrimination power, based on the cross cultural research on the adaptive behavior between Korea and other countries.;본 연구는 베일리 영유아 발달검사 3판(Bayley-III) 적응행동척도의 한국 표준화를 위한 예비연구로, 번안 및 수정 과정을 거쳐 제작된 한국형 Bayley-III 적응행동척도의 문항 특성을 검토하여 추가적인 문항 수정을 제안하고, 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 적응행동에 대한 문헌 고찰과 기존 적응행동 척도들에 근거하여, Bayley-III 적응행동척도의 문항들을 수정 보완하여 서울과 서울 근교의 381명의 영유아 양육자들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 문항난이도 분석 및 문항변별도 분석, 내적 일관성 신뢰도 및 검사-재검사 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석을 시행하였으며, SPSS/PC+ version 18.0, BILOG-MG3, Mplus version 7.1 프로그램을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문항난이도 및 문항변별도 분석 결과, 문항이 전체적으로 ‘매우 쉽다 ~ 매우 어렵다’의 난이도를 나타내, 쉬운 문항과 어려운 문항이 골고루 포함되어 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 대부분의 문항들이 높은 수준의 변별력을 가지고 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 문항 재배치 및 추가적인 문항 수정과 삭제에 대한 통계적인 근거가 마련되었다. 둘째, 신뢰도 분석을 위해 각 월령그룹별로 살펴본 하위척도 내의 문항 내적 일관성 지수인 Cronbach' α가 .70 ~ .92로 나타났으며, 동일한 대상에게 2일 ~ 3주 간격을 두고 측정한 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 각 하위 요인에 걸쳐 .95 ~ .99로 산출되어 두 개의 신뢰도 지수가 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 월령별 각 하위 영역에 대한 원점수의 표준편차와 신뢰도를 바탕으로 측정의 표준오차를 산출하였으며, 원점수 크기를 고려하였을 때 매우 어린 영아들을 제외하고 믿을만한 신뢰도 구간이 예측되었다. 셋째, 검사의 준거관련 타당도를 검토하기 위하여 국내 임상 현장에서 주로 쓰이는 적응행동 평가도구인 사회성숙도 검사의 총점과 본 검사의 하위 척도 간 상관을 검토한 결과 상관 계수가 .71 ~ .82로 의미 있는 상관을 나타내었다. 또한 검사의 구성타당도를 검토하기 위하여 실시된 확인적 요인분석에서 본 검사의 이론적 구조와 일치하는 개념적, 사회적, 실제적 영역의 3요인 모델이 수집된 자료를 적합하게 설명하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서는 베일리 영유아 발달검사 3판 적응행동척도의 국내 표준화를 위하여 문항 수정과 삭제의 근거가 되는 통계적 자료를 제시하였으며, 본 척도가 한국 영유아의 적응행동을 측정하기에 신뢰롭고 타당한 도구임을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
