초등학교 입학 초기 적응 교육 프로그램에 대한 교사 인식

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 2009년 개정 교육과정 시행에 따라 단위학교별로 자율적으로 편성·운영하고 있는 초등학교 입학 초기 적응 교육 프로그램의 운영 실태 및 성과에 대한 교사들의 인식을 알아보고 교사가 실제로 인식하고 있는 입학 초기 적응 교육 프로그램 운영의 어려움을 분석하여 앞으로 초등학교 입학 초기 적응 교육 프로그램의 개선 방향과 현장 정착을 위한 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현행 초등학교 입학 초기 적응 교육 프로그램의 운영에 대한 교사들의 인식은 어떠한가? 둘째, 현행 초등학교의 입학 초기 적응 교육 프로그램 운영에서 배경변인에 따라 교사들의 인식은 어떠한가? 셋째, 초등학교의 입학 초기 적응 교육 프로그램의 개선 방안에 대한 교사들의 인식은 어떠한가? 위의 연구 문제를 해결하기 위해 서울시에 소재한 국·공립, 사립 초등학교 총 594개교 중 무선표집 된 국·공립 초등학교 156개교와 사립 초등학교 17개교의 1학년 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종 설문에 참여한 초등학교는 136학교이다. 본 연구를 위해 총 800부의 설문지를 배포하였고, 설문조사 대상 교사는 부장교사 170명, 일반교사 630명이었다. 실제 설문 조사 참여 교사는 부장교사 133명, 일반교사 473명이었으며 회수된 설문지 606부 전량을 활용하여 결과를 분석하였다. 결과 분석은 SPSS통계프로그램을 활용하였으며 분석기법으로는 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 독립표본 t-test, 일원배치분산분석(one-way ANOVA)을 활용하였다.;This study aims first, to analyse the first grade teachers’ perception of the the current elementary school early adaptation of educational programs for first graders. Secondly, to analyse perception of teachers of the current elementary school operated from the early adaptation of educational programs depending on the admission of background variables. Third, to analyse perception of teachers of the elementary school entrance of the initial adaptation of educational programs for improving. The results were as follows: First, the teachers showed the most highly recognized 'happy school life' which amis for making new friends, introduce about me, know and practice how to live with in the necessity of early adaptation of educational programs This enables teachers thought that it is one of the most important thing forming amicable relationships in school. Secondly, teachers recognized the activities of the book ‘The first step of school life in raising the dream’ were useful for class, but ‘We are the first graders’ textbook was better to educate than ‘The first step of school life in raising the dream’book. Third, almost 50% teachers recognized that ‘school 1’ text book had a lot of duplicate activities of ‘The first step of school life in raising the dream’ book. In order to solve the problems, Most of the teachers omitted the redundant content and duplicate activities of ‘school 1’text book. Fourth, elementary school teachers feel operating difficulty of early adaptation of educational programs was differences of Hangul cognitive abilities of students. Fifth, teachers regarded that the best achievements of the early adaptation of educational programs in elementary school were ‘possible to operate fitting in the situation of school’ and ‘expanded autonomy of teachers’. Sixth, to improve the early adaptation of educational programs, most of the teachers said it is necessary to get ‘information and materials about the curriculum of preschool educational institutions’ and ‘training course and a brochure about curriculum of preschool education’.
