This work presents a chronology of international efforts to control nuclear weapons and its possession rights through legal arrangements. It covers more than 50 years of history of the process that led to creation of several regions without nuclear weapon in Latin America, South Pacific, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia bounding 114 countries in an agreement not to possess or develop nuclear weapon as a weapon of mass destruction. Some people say that it is nothing but an illusion to think of a world without nuclear weapons. Nonetheless, although the total abolition of nuclear weapon seems to be quite difficult at present, promoting Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones (NWFZs) from a regional standpoint might encourage further large-scale non-proliferation processes. So do encourage the Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones which already exist. NWFZs are important elements to be brought into the debate when dealing with the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons on a global scale.;이 작품은 법률 조치를 통해 핵무기 및 핵무기 소유 권한을 제어하기 위한 국제적 노력의 연대기를 제안합니다.
