dc.description.abstract알렉산드리아 포도나무 (Vitis vinifera L. cv. Muscat of Alexandria)는 포도과(Vitaceae)에 속하는 식물로서, 유럽종 포도(Vitis vinifera)의 원예품종 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 V. vinifera L. cv. Muscat of Alexandria의 EtOAc 분획물로부터 새로운 배당체인 (E)-2-hexenoic acid 1-O-β-glucopyranoside (21)이 분리되었고, 추가적으로 8개의 알려진 물질인 kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl methyl ester (22), kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (23), quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl methyl ester (24), quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (2), quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), naringenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (25), isohopeaphenol (26), ampelopsin H (27)이 분리되었다. 22-27은 이 원예품종에서는 처음 분리되었으며, 이 중에서 kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl methyl ester (22)는 포도과에서 처음 분리된 것으로 확인되었다. 새로운 화합물의 구조는 각종 이화학적 및 분광학적 기법을 사용하여 분석하였다.;Vitis vinifera L. cv. Muscat of Alexandria (Vitaceae) is one of cultivars of Vitis vinifera. In this study, a new glycoside, (E)-2-hexenoic acid 1-O-β-glucopyranoside (21) was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of stems and leaves of V. vinifera L. cv. Muscat of Alexandria together with eight known compounds, kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl methyl ester (22), kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (23), quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl methyl ester (24), quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (2), quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), naringenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (25), isohopeaphenol (26), and ampelopsin H (27). Compounds 22-27 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Moreover, this is the first report on compound 22 from the family Vitaceae. The structure of 21 was elucidated by spectroscopic data analysis including 1D and 2D NMR spectra such as 1H-1H COSY, 1H-1H NOESY, 1H-13C HSQC, and 1H-13C HMBC.-
