이주여성의 페르소나(Persona) 분석에 따른 모바일 어플리케이션 Guide 연구

Abstract

최근 국제결혼의 증가와 함께 결혼 이주여성이 주요한 사회적 화두로 부상하고 있다. 결혼 이주여성 유입의 증가와 함께 이들에 대한 대중매체의 관심은 사회적 소외계층 및 소수 약자들에게 보내는 보호주의적 시각에서 벗어나 사회적 관심과 인식의 전환이 요구되고 있다. 우리 사회의 주변인이 아닌 주역으로서의 자리 잡기를 희망하는 문제의식에서 출발한다. 현재 여성가족 부에서는 이주여성을 대상으로 "한국생활 가이드북 " 을 책으로 배포하고 있지만, 방대한 양의 분량과 한국생활 및 한국문화의 이해력 부족, 시간적•공간적 제약 등으로 인해 실생활에 활용하기란 쉽지 않으며 따라서 한국생활의 적응도가 느린 게 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이런 문제점을 해소•해결하기 위하여 실시간 이용이 가능하고 편리하게 활용할 수 있는 모 바일 에 위치정보 기반의 시스템 및 맞춤형 컨텐츠를 제공하는 위치기반서비스(LBS)인 실시간 길 찾기 기능, 위치 추적 기능, 주변 정보 탐색 기능, 모 바일 지도서비스 기능을 기반으로 하여 모 바일 안내 서비스를 제안하였다. 그리고, 현재 이주여성의 어려운 점들을 타겟 분석 및 페르소나(Persona) 분석을 통해 기능별 서비스를 돌출하여 상황 별 시나리오에 따른 모 바일 프로토 타입 디자인을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 다문화 주체인 이주여성들의 정체성 확립을 위해 모 바일 미디어 개발 콘텐츠의 방향과 가능성을 모색하고 주류사회가 정해준 위치에서 벗어나 자신들의 정체성을 찾는데 기여하고자 한다. 그들에게 우리 사회의 일원으로 한국생활을 편리하게 할 수 있도록 도와줌으로써 모 바일 안내 서비스를 통해 제대로 된 한국문화와 한국생활을 익히고 올바른 다문화 사회의 방향성을 제시할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 이주여성의 국제결혼 및 한국생활의 실태, 한국생활 안내 서비스 현황 등을 선행연구와 참고조사를 통하여 점검하고, 그에 따른 이주여성의 한국생활 및 모 바일 사용 실태 등을 설문조사 및 이주여성 페르소나(Persona)를 선정하여 분석 하였다. 그 결과 교통이용 및 공공•편의시설 이용 등 한국생활 안내 서비스뿐만 아니라 이주여성들의 실생활에 필요한 서비스로써 상황 별 언어표현 기능, 길 찾기 서비스 기능, Counselor 상담 기능, 취업•교육 서비스 기능, Community 활동 지원 기능 서비스를 추가로 돌출하였다. 모 바일 안내 서비스의 내용은 텍스트 기반이 아닌 이미지, 동영상, 애니메이션 기반으로 제작하여 이주여성들에게 쉽게 다가올 수 있도록 설계하였으며, Counselor 상담 기능 및 Community 활동을 통한 참여 및 정보 공유를 유도하였다. 또한 현재 모 바일 지도서비스 현황 및 모 바일 UI(User Interface) 분석을 통해 , 각 기능별 UI 설계 및 페르소나 분석에 따른 상황 별 서비스를 재구성하여 프로토 타입 디자인을 적용하였다. 따라서 본 논문의 한국생활 모 바일 안내 서비스 제안 연구는 이주여성들에게 현재 생활의 불편한 점을 모 바일 안내 서비스를 통해 실시간 정보제공 및 기능별 서비스를 편리하게 제공받을 것이다. 다양한 기능별 서비스를 통해 한국생활을 빠르게 적응함으로써 이주여성들의 정체성 확립과 공동체적 인식을 심어주고, 언어의 장벽에서 부딪히는 한국생활의 어려움을 극복하기 위한 제시방법으로서 모 바일 안내 가이드는 한국생활의 도우미 역할을 할 것이다. 본 연구는 프로토 타입 디자인 제안으로 실용가능성 및 효과는 이 논문에서 제시한 제이콥 닐슨(Jakob Nielsen)과 도널드 노만(Donald A. Norman)의 디자인가이드 이론을 바탕으로 진행되었으며, 전문가 사용 성 평가 및 기술적 검증은 더 논의되어야 한다. 또한 모 바일 사용을 위한 초기 이주여성들의 안정적 정착을 위해 단말기 지급 및 모 바일 안내 서비스 지원과 이주여성들에 대한 국가적인 배려와 경제적 도움이 필요하다. 앞으로 모 바일 안내 서비스 개발에 있어서 본 연구 서비스의 응용가능성과 그 효과에 대하여 긍정적인 기대를 가져본다.;As intermarriage has increased recently, the problem of international marriage migrant women has attracted wide attention . It is necessary for us to approach the problem with keen social interest and right citizenship instead of paternalism . It is time that we should seek a way that can help international marriage migrant women to lead a life independently and respectably not as an alien or outsider . This study started from the need that international marriage migrant women should act as valuable leader of our society. Though Ministry of Gender Equality & Family has distributed booklets entitled "Korean Life Guidebook" to international marriage migrant women, most of the women have difficulty in understanding culture and customs of Korea . This study aims to propose mobile application service that helps international marriage migrant women, to use convenient various functions such as way-finding, location tracking, information retrieval and mobile map service etc. by applying location based service (LBS) that can provide customized service to mobile system that has various applications . This study is to help international marriage migrant women establish her true identity on her own without obeying the passive role that is compelled to them by seeking the possibility of developing mobile media that can be of great help to them and leading them to understand Korea properly through mobile application service . This study examined the actual condition of international marriage, married life, real life and guidance on Korea life through advance research and survey and then actual state of their lives in Korea, the use of mobile system and mobile communication were analyzed, The result of analysis showed that international marriage migrant women have difficulty in using transportation and convenient facilities and they wanted to have the service of way finding, interactive communication, counseling and community activity including guidance to Korea life. The menu of guidance service is composed of 'Korea Life Guidebook '. Expression by situation consists of basic and intermediate level based on Korea language textbook In addition to textbook, audio-visual materials based on image, video and animation were designed so that international marriage migrant women can understand Korean life and culture more easily. Image feature of counselor and participation and information sharing through community activity were added. In addition, the UI prototype design by situation that is suitable to UI design and configuration of storytelling was proposed by analyzing the actual condition of mobile map service and mobile application UI . Therefore, this study can make a contribution to providing useful service in their daily lives and relieving difficulty and inconvenience through mobile application service. Using convenient mobile service that is closely related to daily life will help them to adapt themselves to lifestyle of Korea and contribute to establishing proper identity and enhancing community awareness. For the feasibility and effect of this study which proposed prototype design, design guide theory of Jakob Nielsen and Donald A. Norman and usability evaluation of experts and technical verification were examined. Mobile application service which this study proposes requires economic support of state such as mobile service support etc. to execute it. This study can be used as a useful reference to develop mobile application with respect to the problem of international marriage migrant women.
