휴리스틱 평가방법에 의한 웹사이트의 최적화된 UI 구성방안

Abstract

인터넷에 대한 기업과 개인의 관심은 폭발적으로 증가하고 있고, 하루에도 수백개의 신규 사이트가 생기고 있는 현실이다. 인터넷에 대한 높은 관심 만큼, 효과적인 웹사이트의 구축을 위한 웹사이트의 사용성에 대해 관심이 증가하면서 UI에 대한 다양한 평가와 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 다양한 시장에서 웹사이트 개편에 있어서 객관적이고 체계적인 평가와 이의 결과에 대한 분석, 적용이 큰 이슈로 떠오르게 되었다. 또한 웹사이트를 찾는 고객의 경험을 향상시킬 수 있는 User Interface의 객관적인 검증을 위한 다양한 방법들이 시도되고 있다. 여기에는 일반적인 UI 디자인 가이드라인에 따른 발견적 평가(Heuristic Evaluation)나 평가 실험실을 갖추고 사용자의 과제(Task) 수행 과정을 관찰하는 사용성 평가(Usability Test) 등이 주로 활용되고 있다. 웹사이트를 비즈니스 목적의 구현 수단으로 사용하기 위해서는 사용자 인터페이스(User Interface)나 사용성 평가(Usability Test)에 대한 보다 깊은 이해와 활용이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우선 사용성 평가란 무엇이며 현재 활용되고 있는 다양한 사용성 평가 방법들은 어떤 것들이 있는지에 관하여 알아보고 이를 토대로 금융 포탈 사이트 3개사의 사례를 중심으로 각 서비스의 문제점들을 지적하고 인터페이스 요소들에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.;Interest of enterprises and private persons in Internet is increasing explosively, and practically, hundreds of new sites are being made even a day. Variable evaluation and study on UI is being carried out as the interest in usability of web sites to build effective web sites is increasing as much as the high interest in Internet. For reorganization of web sites in variable markets, objective and systematic evaluation, analysis of the result and application is rising up as a big issue. Also various methods are being attempted for objective inspection of User Interface which will elevate the customer's experience visiting the web sites. Here, Heuristic Evaluation according to general UI design guideline or Usability Test observing achievement process of the user's task equipping evaluation laboratory, etc. is being applied mainly. It is real situation that deeper understanding and application of User Interface or Userbility Test is required in order to use web sites as realizing means of economic purpose. Consequently, first of all, this study will investigate the definition of Userbility Test and various range of Usability Test Methods which are being applied at present, and then present Improvement Plan on Interface Elements pointing out the problems of each service based on the cases of the 3 financial portal sites.
