한국교회 목회자 사모 문제의 가족 치료

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 한국 교회의 상황에서 전통적으로 이어오던 목회자 사모의 문제를 교회와 가정의 재구조화를 통해서 치료하는데 있다. 또한 목회자 사모의 문제를 과학적이고 체계적인 가족치료의 관점에서 치료방안들을 제시하는데 있다. 한국 교회 목회자 사모는 교회와 가정 안에서 비롯한 갈등과 문제를 경험하고 있었다. 한국지역복음화협의회에서 목회자 사모 500명에게 설문조사한 결과 72%가 여러 가지 갈등문제로 인해 상담자의 도움을 필요로 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 여러 문제들 중에서 부부문제가 60%를 차지하고 있었다. 이렇게 목회자 사모들 중에서 10명중에 7명이 상담자의 도움을 필요로 하였다. 전통적인 한국 상황에서는 목회자 사모들이 문제를 문제로 생각하지 않았었는데 여성의 사회진출이 많아지고 여성의 지위가 높아지면서 목회자 사모들도 자신의 문제를 드러내고 치유되어 져야할 필요성을 느끼고 있었다. 그래서 이 연구를 시작하게 되었다. 본 논문에서 한국 교회 목회자 사모의 문제를 연구하는데 있어서 구조적 가족치료이론으로 진행하고자 하였다. 왜냐하면 목회자 사모는 교회와 가정의 구조적인 문제들에 의해서 갈등을 경험하며 살아가고 있기 때문에 구조적 가족치료이론을 적용하여 연구하기에 가장 적합하기 때문이었다. 한국 교회 목회자 사모의 문제들을 토대로 1장 서론에서는 문제제기를 하였다. 2장에서는 한국 교회의 목회자 사모의 문제를 서술하였다. 목회자 사모문제의 요인들을 살펴 볼 때 목회자 사모 자신의 정체성과 목회자 부부, 그리고 한국 교회 와 가정안에서 이루어진 구조적인 문제때문에 한국 교회 목회자 사모는 문제를 겪고 있었다. 3장에서는 미누친의 구조적 가족치료이론으로 목회자 사모문제의 사례를 분석하였다. 그래서 한국 교회 목회자 사모의 문제들에 미누친의 구조적 가족치료 이론이 매우 적합하게 적용되어지고 있음을 제시하였다. 4장에서는 미누친의 구조적 가족치료이론이 목회상담에 적용되어지면서 목회자 사모의 문제를 어떻게 치료해 나아가야 할 것인지에 대한 치료기법을 서술하였다. 목회자 사모의 문제를 좀 더 구체적으로 체계적으로 해결방안들을 알아보았다. 목회자 사모와 교회 그리고 가정에서의 관계에서 가부장적인 고정관념을 비판하고 현대의식구조와 현대가정에 맞게 새롭게 재구조화해 나가는 길을 열어놓았다. 이 연구를 통하여 한국 교회 목회자 사모의 문제가 가족치료이론으로 좀 더 과학적이고 체계적으로 분석해 나아감으로서 오늘날의 목회자 사모문제를 좀 더 체계적으로 폭넓게 치유할 수 있는 목회상담이 되어지길 바란다.

;The purpose of this study lies in treating the problem of a pastor's wife coming down traditionally in the circumstances of Korean church through the restructurization of church and family. It also lies in suggesting a curative means of solving the problem of a pastor's wife from the point of family therapy scientifically and systematically. The pastor's wife of Korean church has experienced the conflicts and problems in the relationship between church and family. According to the result of a questionnaire by Korea Regional Gospel Conference, seventy-two percent out of five hundred pastors' wives need counselor's help because of lots of conflicts. The problem between husband and wife out of various problems covers sixty percent. Like this seven out of ten pastors' wives need the counselor's help. In the traditional Korean circumstances a pastor's wife doesn't think of the problem as a problem. As women participate in a lot of public affairs and rise to a high rank, a pastor's wife also feels the need of reveling her problem and curing it. This is why I began this study. In this thesis I intend to cover the problem of the pastor's wife of Korean church by the theory of structural family therapy. That is because a pastor's wife is the fittest for doing this study by applying to structural family therapy, for she lives undergoing a conflict by the structural problem between church and family. On the basis of the problem of the pastor's wife of Korean church, I presented a question in the introduction, chapter 1. I described the problem of the pastor's wife of Korean church in chapter 2. When we observe carefully the cause of the problem of a pastor's wife, she undergoes hardships on account of the identity of a pastor's wife herself, the status of a pastor's wife, and the structural problem between Korean church and family. In chapter 3, I analyzed the cause of the problem of a pastor's wife by the theory of Minuchin's structural family therapy, and suggested that the theory of Minuchin's structural family therapy is well applied to the problem of the pastor's wife of Korean church. In chapter 4 I described therapy technique as to how the theory of Minuchin's structural therapy cures the problem of a pastor's wife and is applied to pastoral counseling. I presented a solution to the problem of a pastor's wife more concretely and systematically. I criticized a patriarchal idea of the relationship between pastor's wife, church, and family. I opened up a way to the new structurization fit for modern way of thinking and modern family. I hope that the problem of a pastor's wife will be analyzed scientically and systematically by family therapy and will be pastoral counseling, by which today's problem of a pastor's wife will be cured through this study more broadly and systematically.
