시청각교육 매체의 학습심리학적 배경에 대한 문헌 연구

Abstract

학습지도의 근대화는 Teaching Process에서 Learning Process라는 方向으로 옮아갔다. 시청각교육 기구가 교수자료의 체계화라는 관점에서 정립되었다가 개별학습과 교육의 System化라는 과제에서 학습심리학적 背景을 모색하고 있는 것이다. 교수자료의 새로운 개념은 교사와 학생의 역할에 새로운 技能的 정의를 요구하고 있는 것이다. 학습자들은 Auto Learning, Self Learning의 확대에 直面하게 되고 교사들은 그 지적 및 전문적인 기능을 강화하여 技術的인 기구와 새로운 媒體의 사용을 확대하도록 强要 當하고 있다. 따라서 학습을 보조하는 교육 기기들이 학습심리학적 배경이 정립되어야 할 것이다. 有數한 心理學者들의 연구가 활발하여 이들의 文獻을 종합 분석함으로써 그 이론적인 理解를 圖謀하고져 한다. 美國 학습심리학자들의 학습이론 중 시청각 기구의 학습이론적 배경을 추출하고 AVCR의 Article 중 관계 문헌을 추출 정리함으로써 행해졌다. 시청각 통신이론의 기초로서 학습이론에서 그 배경을 찾을 수 있었으며, 많은 학습이론 중 단일 학자의 이론으로서는 시청각 기구의 학습심리학적 배경을 Cover하기 곤란했다. Miller, Skinner, Gagne｀, Ausubel의 학습이론 중 後者로 갈수록 동물학적 要素가 적어지고 인간학습적, 의미학습적 要素가 많아진다. 이것은 학습자와 학습자료에 따라서 자극의 연구의 여지가 後者로 갈수록 크다는 것을 말한다. 現在까지의 교재로써 학습에 있어서 이와같은 理論을 의식하여 만들어진 것이 없다는 Gagne｀의 의견이다. 개인이 학습에 있어서 최종적인 位置에 있다고 하면, 모든 학습도구는 個人化되어 있어야 한다는 것이다. 그러나 이와 같은 기본적인 고려를 고집할 수 없다는 것이 Gagne｀의 생각이다. 즉 다른 학습심리학자들이 생각하고 있는 것과 같이 학습이 집단에서 이루어지고 있을 때 일지라도 모든 학습의 성립은 개인의 책임에서 이루어지고 있다는 것이다. 따라서 모든 개인 자기 나름대로 학습하는 방법을 배워야 하는 것이다. 이것을 Gagne｀는 학습의 특이체질이라고 하였다. 現在의 段階에서 필요한 것은 個人學習 기구의 개발과 함께 여러 媒體를 통한 학습능력의 최대한 活用이다. 모든 사람이 동일한 방법으로 학습이 이루어진다고 생각할 수 없는 것으로 학습자가 각자 학습목표에 도달할 수 있는 여러가지 Channel과 媒體의 연구가 必要하다. Gagne｀는 또 하나의 제안을 했는데 교구의 다원적 이용인 것이다. 단시간의 多敎具 交替利用이 앞으로 연구되어야 한다. 이것은 교수자료의 복합 사용을 가리킨다. 즉 Program의 통일성과 Multi Media의 종합이용이라는 두가지 원리의 연결이 중요한 과제가 될 것이다.;Modernization of teaching has been a tendency from teaching process to learning process. The apparatus of audiovisual eduction has been sought learning psychological background for the purpose of educational systematic which was means of systematic of instructional material. Idea of new instructional material requested pattern of activity between teachers and students. Student has been faced to auto-learning and self-learning while the teachers are faced to be forced for enlarge technical new media by strenthgening intellectual and special technology. As accordingly, the learning psycological background might be established. This is to analize outstanding writings of psycologist and may it be understood its theoretical recognition. However, it has been studied by the literature work on the learning theory for audiovisual educational systems which was developed by American psychologist and throughout the articles of AVCR on same subject. As basic theory, the audiovisual education communications might be illustrated, though it was hard to cover up by single scholar's doctrine for the learning psychological background of AV systems. Miller, Skinner, Gagne, Ausubel's learning theory, laters, less tendency of animality but humanity way which means that more stimulation on students and learning materials. The Gagne's opinion was made due to such idea for present learning theory and material of education. In the event that an individual positioned at the end of learning purposes, every way of learning material must be in individualized. Though Gagne's opinion was that this kind of basic consideration must not urged. At present condition, it is to develop individual learning system and enlarge most eligible learning power through multi media. Only condition that none of individual may not be done with leveled learning results, every student may need study for fulfiement of purpose of the learning through many channels. Gagne suggested that was utilization of many learning apparatus, it is to be studied for change and mass learning apparatus which means multi utilization of learning apparatus. Unification of program and general Utilization of multi media may be important subject of connection of these natures.
