클라이언트 웹 로그 분석을 활용한 인터넷 사용 분석 및 상담 시스템

Abstract

가족 결속력의 약화와 광범위한 인터넷의 보급으로 청소년들은 접근이 손쉬운 사이버 공간을 자신의 쉼터로 의지하려는 경향이 늘어나고 있다. 이에 청소년들이 사용한 클라이언트 웹 로그의 이력을 데이터화하여 인터넷 사용에 관한 분석 및 상담 자료로 활용하는 방법을 연구하였다. 대부분의 기업체에서 사용하는 데이터웨어하우스 개념을 학교 현장에 도입하여 학생들의 인터넷사용 현황 분석을 위한 데이터 마트를 생성하였으며 간단한 분석용 시스템을 구축하였다. 방대한 량의 데이터를 기반으로 분석이 실시되므로 데이터웨어하우스에서 성능은 중요한 이슈이다. 이에 성능 향상을 위한 방법으로 파티션 테이블을 생성하였다. 또한 실체화된 뷰(Materialized View)를 생성하여 동일한 질의 코드에 대하여 실체화된 뷰를 사용했을 경우의 성능 및 자원 활용정도와 기본테이블들을 사용하였을 경우 성능과 자원 활용 정도를 각각의 PLAN 을 통하여 비교 확인하였다. 데이터베이스 성능향상을 위한 방법으로 웹 서버나 혹은 프락시 서버상의 캐시 교체 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 다양한 캐시 교체 알고리즘이 있지만, 과거 참조이력과 각 문서 고유의 가중치를 고려한 효율적인 정책인 WHB 알고리즘을 웹 사이트 선호도 순위 계산 시에 적용하여 빠른 성능과 적은 자원을 사용하도록 구현하였다. 학교 상담은 학생들을 사전에 지속적으로 관찰하여 상담을 행하는 예방적 활동이면서 전체 학생을 대상으로 각 발달 단계를 정상적으로 밟아가도록 도울 수 있는 발달적 활동이다. 이에 보다 빠른 성능이 보장된 상담 보조 자료가 제공된다면 더욱 효율적인 학교 상담이 행해질 수 있을 것으로 예상한다.;Youth has tended to depend on cyber-space due to weakened family connectedness and the spread of internet access. This thesis deals with utilization of students’ client web log history data for analysis of internet use. Data mart is generated for school-counseling supporting system that analyzes internet use by applying a concept of data warehouse that is prevalently used in industries and a simple system for the analysis was established. The performance of the warehouse is crucial because the analysis is done based on enormous amount of data. Partitioned tables were generated to improve the performance of the warehouse. As well as, materialized view was generated and was compared with a base table on performance and utilization of resources. Web server-based or proxy server-based cache replacement algorithm was applied to improve the performance of data warehouse. WHB algorithm that uses past reference history and importance of each of documents was applied to evaluate the preference of websites among various cache replacement algorithms. School counseling is a preventive activity to monitor students in advance and is a positive activity to assist each stage of development of students. The more efficient school counseling is anticipated to be provided by applying the better performance of sub system.
