기독교 종교성과 스포츠 집단응집력에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서는 기독교 종교성이 스포츠 집단응집력에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 일차적으로 종교성의 유무에 따른 집단응집력의 차이를 알아보고 이에 부과하여 기독교 종교성정도와 팀승률에 따라 집단응집력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적을 두었다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 1993년 현재 대한체육회 가맹 경기단체인 구기종목의 여자실업선수를 모집단으로 설정한 다음, 각 집단마다 예비조사를 실시하여 기독교 종교가 있는 집단과 없는 집단으로 각각 5집단을 표집하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 질문지는 집단응집력을 측정하기 위하여 집단환경질문지(GEQ:group environment questionnaire)와 종교성을 측정하기 위하여 종교성척도 검사지를 사용하여 자기평가기입법(self-administration mothod)으로 실시하였다. 또한 자료분석을 위하여 본 연구에서 사용한 통계분석기법은 일원변량분석(One·way ANOVA), 상관관계분석(pearson correlation)이었다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차를 통하여, 기독교 종교성이 스포츠 집단응집력에 미치는 영향에 관하여 가설을 검증한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 기독교 종교성의 유무에 따른 집단응집력중 집단매력의 사회적, 과제적응집력은 모두에게 유의한 영향을 미치며, 집단통합은 과제적응집력에만 영향을 미치며 집단통합의 사회적응집력에는 영향을 미치지 않는다. 둘째, 기독교 종교성정도에 따른 집단응집력은 높다. 그러나 집단매력과 집단통합 모두에게 이것은 영향을 미치지 않는다. 첫째, 기독교집단의 팀승률에 따른 집단응집력중 집단매력의 과제적 응집력에만 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치며, 집단통합의 사회적, 과제적 응집력과 집단매력의 사회적 응집력에는 영향을 미치지 않는다.;The purpose of this study is to examine how the christian religious facter has an effect on the sports group cohesion. At first the study examined the relationship between having or not having religious factor and group cohesion. And then the study examined how personal religious level and team winning ratio have an effect on group cohesion. After selecting the subjects of woman ball game atheletes belonging to the physical Association of Korea as of 1993, the study divided them into group of five having or not having the christian religion. The survey was conducted with GEQ and religion measurement paper by self-administration method and one-way ANOVA and pearson correlation were used to analyze the statistics. The results of the study were as follows； 1. Having or not having the christian religion had a considerable effect on both social and task cohesion of group fascination. Moreover it had an effect on task cohesion of group unity and had no effect on social of group unity. 2. Personal religious level effecting on group cohesion had no effect on both group fascination and group unity. 3. Team winning ratio of christian group effecting on group cohesion had no effect on both social and task cohesion of group unity. Moreover it had a considerable effect on task cohesion of group fascination and had no effect on social cohesion of group unity.
