현대사회의 인간형상에 대한 표현연구

Abstract

The bonds of complicated and wide society structure that we are getting along now, the development into industrial society, and the fat expansion of material civilization due to it made us be faced with the dangerous situation which is humanity loss. In this study, in this situation, by grasping the human form to go through the modern time and reflecting the problem of 'humanity loss' and 'alienation' in modern civilization to human form, this researcher tried to awaken the problem, of human existence. That is, by containing the value of existence given to human beings in human form, this researcher tried to describe the inner discord and mental wandering to suffer in the period situation of the society through the form. Thus, it can be said that this study is the trial for making the momentum to be able to have influence on even the change of action, after moderns themselves concentrate the interest on their own problem and thinking about them, by visualizing these problems of modern human beings, through the texture that modern fine art takes a serious view of. The progression process of this study is unfolded by the following order and method. In the chapter Ⅱ, from viewpoint that the visual art becomes the creation work to be able to reflect the actuality of the period and the mental and intellectual situation of human beings most truly, this researcher examined the change about actuality and the human image to get to have in the situation and situation of human beings, about the meaning that 'hum.an form' as actual existence has. Above all, in the chapter Ⅲ. in visualizing the theory as above, this researcher examined the theoretical background about Texture to use as one expression method, that is, the texture as visual element, and the perception of texture etc. Texture is the surface peculiarity of plastic element of substance as one information. And, as it has the abstract and mental attribute, it performs the function of image transmission by appealling to sentiment and emotion. Chapter Ⅳ suggests the work made under this study The work is handling the human form of various background. sides to appear in the social situation of modern time, and this researcher introduced various methods of Texture as the means for visualizing these problems effectively, In the chapter Ⅴ, this researcher emphasizes that the modern visual art to show the section of society must be tried endlessly, so that it may visualize various problems that the society is confronted with and more people may exipand serious thought and attitude about the problem and that it must forster the ability to be able to use and recreate the texture which is suitable for the intention in any expression situation by finding the fresh texture in the overflowing information, unfolding it creatively, and keeping many repertoires a s the conclusion obtained from above study.;현대 우리가 살고있는 복잡하고도 광범위한 사회구조의 굴레, 산업사회로의 발달과 그로인한 물질문명의 비대한 팽창은 우리를 인간성 상실이라는 위협적인 상황에 처하게 만들었다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황에서 현대를 살아가는 인간상을 파악하고, 현대문명에서의 '인간성 상실'과 '소외'의 문제를 인간형상에 반영시킴으로써 인간존재의 문제를 환기시키고자 하였다. 즉 인간에게 주어진 존재의 가치를 인간형상에 담아 그 모습에 통해 그 사회의 시대적 상황속에서 겪는 내적 갈등, 정신적 방황을 묘사하고자한 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 현대미술에서 중요시 여기는 질감(texture)을 통해 현대 인간의 이러한 문제들을 시각화함으로써, 현대인 스스로가 자신의 문제에 대하여 관심을 기울이고 사고하여 나아가 행동의 변화까지도 영향을 미칠 수 있는 계기를 만들기 위한 시도라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 진행과정은 다음가 같은 순서와 방법에 의해 전개한다. 우선 Ⅱ장에서는 시각예술이 그 시대의 현실과 인간의 정신적ㆍ지적상황을 가장 진실하게 반영할 수 있는 창조작업이 된다는 점에서 현실적 존재로서 '인간형상'이 갖는 의미를 현실에 대한 변화와 인간의 상황속에서 갖게되는 인간의 이미지를 살펴보았다. Ⅲ장에서는 위와같은 이론을 시각화 함에 있어 하나의 표현방법으로 사용하는 texture에 대한 이론적 배경, 즉 시각 요소로서의 texture, texture의 지각 등을 살펴보았다. texture는 하나의 정보로 물체의 표면 고유성이며 조형요소이다. 그리고 추상적이며 정신적인 속성을 지니므로 감정과 정서에 어필하여 이미지 전달기능을 수행한다. Ⅳ장은 이러한 연구배경하에서 이루어진 작품을 제시한다. 작품은 현대의 사회적 상황에서 나타나는 여러면의 인간형상을 다루고 있으며, 이문제들을 효과적으로 시각화하기 위한 수단으로 texture의 여러 방법을 도입했다. 이상의 연구에서 얻은 결론으로서 Ⅴ장에서는 사회의 단면을 보여주는 현대의 시각예술은 그 사회가 당면한 여러문제들을 시각화하고 그 문제에 대해 보다 많은 사람들이 진지한 사고와 자세를 확대시킬수 있도록 끊임없이 시도되어야 하며, 쏟아지는 정보속에서 신선한 texture를 찾고, 그것을 창조적으로 전개시키며 또한 많은 texture의 레파토리를 지니므로써 어떠한 표현상황에서도 그 의도에 적합한 texture를 사용하고 재 창조할 수 있는 능력을 키워야함을 강조한다.
