REVERSIBLE 직물에 나타난 특성에 관한 연구

Abstract

인류의 역사와 불가분의 관계를 맺고 있는 직물은 현대에 와서 그 개념이 현저하게 확대되고 있다. 즉, 단순히 착용하기 위한 의미를 초월하여 미감이 강조된 개성 표현을 위한 새로운 시각으로 인식되고 있다. 소비자의 생활양식 또한 과거의 양적 충동에서 질적 충동으로 변화되고 있으며 소비 패턴은 고급화, 개성화, 다양화 위주로 변화추세에 있으며 물질적ㆍ기능적 측면만이 아닌 정신적ㆍ심리적 가치에도 중요한 요소로 부각되고 있다. 이렇듯 자아실현의 도구로서의 역할을 요구하는 소비자 욕구에 부응하여 직물산업계는 신장되는 수급을 충족시키는 해결책으로 정보화를 통한 다품종 소량생산(多品種 少量生産) 방식에 따라 직물의 다양화 및 고급화에 관심을 집중하고 있으며, 소재ㆍ디자인 및 생산기술의 개발촉진에 부응하는 고부가가치(高阜伽價値)를 지닌 개발에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 방모방공업(紡毛紡共業)은 비교적 중소기업 중심의 다품종 소량생산 형태를 갖추고 있는 업체라고 할 수 있다. 특히 reversible 직물(兩面織物)의 생산은 품질 및 기술경쟁 부문에서 중저급품에서 벗어나 고부가가치 제품으로의 위치를 차지하고 있으며 양면 차별화 소재를 사용함으로써 다품종 소량생산 형태를 갖춘 성장 잠재능력이 큰 고품질(high quality)의 대표적 직물이다. 이러한 reversible 직물을 재인식하기 위한 본 연구의 의의는 다음과 같다. 1. 산업화, 기계화에 의한 표준화된 획일적인 의류 디자인으로 부터 해방되고자 하는 소비자의 착장심리(着裝心理)의 경향을 해결하기 위해 미적ㆍ창의적 디자인 개발에 주안점을 두며 희소적 가치의 수재품 부활에 의한 인간가치를 재인식시킨다. 2. 직물 양면의 이질적 디자인 대비를 통해 소비자의 다양한 코디네이션(coordina-tion) 취향을 만족시킨다. 3. 고부가가치를 위한 다양한 디자인 개발의 한 방안으로 회화적 요소의 적용 과정을 체계적으로 제시한다. 한편 본 연구는 좀더 의미있는 산업디자인을 성취시키기 위해 산업계와 학계에의 접근을 시도하여, 연구자의 sample 다섯 작품의 선호도 및 이미지를 조사한 결과 올 유행 트랜드(fashion trend)와 비슷한 내츄럴하고 소프트한 sample D를 가장 높이 선호하였으며 문제점 지적은 다음과 같다. 1. 전반적으로 소재의 소프트 감촉과 경량화 부족으로 인한 트랜드에 벗어난 실용성의 문제 2. 접결사를 사용치 않은데서 오는 봉제상의 문제 3. 염색후처리 및 가공상의 문제 이에 따라 산업직물 제작을 위해서는 그 선행연구로서의 유행 트랜드(fashion trend)분석 및 sample 선호도 분석의 필요성이 중요하다는 것을 인식하였다.;The concept of the wooven stuff having an inseparable relation with human history has been outstandingly expanding nowadays. That is, surpassing the meanigng of simply wearing, it is recognized with a new perspective for the expression of individuality in which a sense of beaty is emphasized. Also the lifestyle of consumers is changing from a quantiative urge to a qualitative urge, and consuming patterns change into high class, individuality, and diversification. The Image of wooven stuff has been embossed not only in its physical and functional aspects but also in mental and psychological values as a very important factor. Thus, in drder to meet the consumer's desire that their dress takes even a role of self-realization, wooven stuff industry has been focussing its interest on the diversification and high class of wooven stuff by means of 'many kinds and small production' through informationalized technology as for the settlement of demand and supply, and it has been giving a great effort to develop high-value-added products in response to the development and promotion of matter, design and pro- duction technique. In that aspect, it is regarded that carded wool textile manufacturing is a kind of business of 'many kinds and small priduction, centered on small & medium enterprises. In particular, the production of reversible wooven stuff takes a position to produce high-value-added products, escaping from producing low & middle class products in the competition of quality and technique, and with using the subject mater differentiating in the use of reversible wooven stuff, reversible wooven stuff is a typical one having high quality with the potential of growth equipped by a form of 'many kinds and small production'. The significances of the present study aimed at re-recognizing reversible wooven stuff is as follows: 1. It is, in order to meet a trend of the consumer's mental state to wear and decorate themselves, a trend to be liberated from dress design that is standardized and uniform by industrialization and mechanism, to focus on the development of aesthetic, initial or original design and to re-recoginze human value through the revival of handiworks. 2. Through the contrast of the heterogeneous design of both sides of wooven stuff, it is to satisfy the consumer's taste of diverse coordination. 3. As a plan to develop various design for high value added, it is to systematically suggest the process to which some picturesque elments are applied. On the other hand, with an attempt to approach to both the industrial world and academic world in order to achieve more significant industrial design in the study, the preference and image of 5 samples of works which had been produced by this author were inspected, and in its result, it appeared that the sample 'D' which is natural and soft, and similar with a fashion trend this year is mostly preferred, and some points at issue are as follows; 1. A problem of practicality for the lack of the softness and lightness of a subject matter. 2. A problem of sewing for not using stitching thread. 3. Problems of treatment after dyeing and process. Accordingly, it has been recognized that for the production of reversible wooven stuff, analysis of fashion trends and preference of samples is very important, beforehand.
