鐘路區 國民學校의 立地와 學區調整에 관한 硏究

Abstract

본 연구는 종로구 지역의 국민학교의 입지와 그에 따른 학구를 제시하기 위해 GIS Network 기법을 활용하여 연구를 분석하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 자료는 1994년 교육통계 연감과 1990년 주택 및 인구 센서스를 사용하였고 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종로구 국민학교의 공간 분포 패턴은 교통수단의 발달, 도심부의 지가 상승, 외곽의 인구 이동, 주거지의 분화, 부지 확보에 대한 어려움 등으로 점차 외곽으로 확산되었다. 둘째, 학령아동인구, 가구수, 접근도, 지가를 기준으로 동별 입지 여건을 살펴 본 결과 종로구의 국민학교 입지에 대한 최적지, 준최적지, 준최악지, 최악지가 구분된다. 셋째, 국민학교 통학권을 비교해 본 결과 학구의 균형적 측면과 어긋나는 경우가 발생하여 학구 조정의 필요성이 나타났다. 넷째, 교육기회의 효율성과 형평성을 최대화하기 위해 통학거리를 최소화시키는 대안학구와 통학 안전성을 최대화하기 위해 학구를 관통하는 대로(大路)를 최소화시키는 대안학구를 제시하였다.;This study is attempt to examine the location and school district of elementary schools at Chongro-gu. For the convenience of the analysis research methods are used GIS Network. For the purpose data was collected from statistical yearbook of education in 1994 and Census of housing and population in 1990. Results may be summarized as follows. First of all, spatial pattern of elementary school at Chongro-gu is diffused outward. Because it is traffic development, rising of land price, differentiation of housing area. Secondly, for the analysis of locational situation the data was used population of 5-9 age, the number of housing, accessibility, and land price. The situation of location was classified into 4 types : the best area, better area, worse area, the worst area. Thirdly, as comparing district of school attendances, it was happented unbalabced area, So arbitration of school district are needed. Forthly, the alternative plans of school district are presented for the maximum equity and efficience, and security of school attendance. The former is the minimum of the number of main streets in school district, the latter is the minimum of attending distance.
