Abstract
In this study, obese women in ages of 47-57 years, whose BMI were 28.1 and %Fat were 32.6% on average, were trained using bicycle ergometer at the exercise intensity of 65 % maximal heart rate for 60 min each session and 3 days a week for 6 weeks. The results of changed body composition and physical fitness, between before and after training, are as follows. 1. The weight and BMI of the exercise group were decreased after 3 week and 6 week training session, respectively. 2. The waist circumference and hip circumference of the exercise group was decreased after 3 week and 6 week training session, respectively. The waist/hip ratio of the exercise group after 3week and 6week training were decreased respectively. 3. The body density of the exercise group was increased significantly after 3 week and 6 week training and the %fat of the exercise group was decreased significantly after 3 week and 6 week training. 4 . The heart rate of the exercise group was changed after 3 week and 6 week training during rest session, and was decreased significantly after 3 week and 6 week during max exercise session, respectively. 5. The V˚0_(2)max and V˚0_(2)max per weight of the exercise group was increased sinificantly after 3 week and 6 week training, respectively. 6. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the exercise group between rest and malt exercise session were decreased after 6 week training, respectively. 7. The maximal work load and total exercise time of exercise group was increased significantly after 3 week and 6 week training, respectively. 8. The l00m runing speed of the exercise group was increased after 3 week and 6 week training and the 12min running distance of exercise group was increased sinificantly after 3 week and 6 week training, respectively. 9. The RPE of exercise group was increased after 6 week training during max work loading exercise session. As seen in the previous results, the bicycle ergometer training in obese women reduced the weight, BMI, waist/hip ratio, %fat and have to influence on the change of physical resource (heart rate, blood, pressure, V0_(2) max) and physical performance (maximal work load, total exercise time, l00m and 12min running). Improving physical fitness and increasing cardiac reserve capacity will be helpful to prevent from the hypokinetic diseases and adult diseases, such as coronary heart disease, hypertention, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes.;본 연구는 47-57세 비만 여성(BMI 28.1, 체지방율 32.6%)을 대상으로 bicycle ergometer을 이용하여 최대 심박수의 65% 강도, 1회 60분, 주 3회, 6주간 훈련을 실시하였고 운동 실시 전과 후의 신체조성 및 체력 변화에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 운동군의 체중과 BMI는 운동 3주후와 6주후에 각각 감소되었다. 2. 운동군의 허리둘레와 엉덩이둘레, waist/hip ratio는 운동 3주 후와 6주후에 각각 감소되었다. 3. 운동군의 신체 밀도는 운동 3주후와 6주후에 각각 유의하게 증가되었고, 체지방율은 운동 3주후와 6주후에 각각 유의하게 감소되었다. 4. 운동군의 심박수는 안정시에 운동 3주후 증가, 운동 6주후 감소되었고, 동일 부하 최대운동시에 운동 3주후, 운동 6주후 각각 유의하게 감소되었다. 5. 운동군의 최대산소섭취량과 체중당최대산소섭취량은 운동 3주후, 6주후에 각각 유의하게 증가되었다. 6. 운동군의 안정시와 최대운동시의 수축기, 이완기 혈압은 운동 6주후 각각 감소되었다. 7. 운동군의 최대작업량은 운동 3주후에 증가와 6주후에 유의한 증가를 나타내었다. 총 운동수행 지속시간도 운동 3주후 증가와 6주후에 유의한 증가를 나타내었다. 8. 운동군의 100m 달리기는 운동 3주후와 6주후에 빨라졌고, 12분 달리기의 운동거리는 운동 3주추와 6주후에 각각 유의하게 증가되었다. 9. 운동군의 자각성운동강도는 운동 6주후에 최대작업량 수행시 유의하게 증가되었다. 이상의 결과에서 비만인의 bicycle ergometer 훈련은 체중, BMI, waist/hip ratio, 체지방율 감소시키고 신체 자원(심박수, 혈압, 최대산소섭취량)과 신체 수행(최대 작업량, 총 운동수행 지속시간. l00m와 12분 달리기)의 변화에 영향을 미침으로써 체력의 개선과 심장의 예비력 증가를 나타내고 관상동맥질환, 고혈압, 고지혈증, 당뇨병 등의 성인병 및 운동 부족증을 예방하는 데 도움이 될 것이라고 생각된다.
