여성 메가트렌드(Megatrends)에 관한 표현 연구

Abstract

새로운 차원의 기술로 꼽히는 정보기술의 발달과 이의 광범위한 확산은 우리의 산업 구조나 직업구조 등 경제활동 전 과정에 지대한 영향을 미칠 것이 분명하다. 이러한 변화는 경제활동 과정 뿐 아니라 가치규범, 생활방식, 가족구조, 교육제도 등 모든 면에 변화를 일으킬 것이고 이러한 변화과정에서 여성의 지위향상은 필연적이다. 누리고 있는 자유와 자율의 정도는 다르지만 여성들은 스스로 더 나은 생활을 위해 행동하고, 옮겨가는 수단을 찾아냈다. 여성들은 정치, 체육 분야는 물론 건강관리 분야에 이르기까지 그렇게 하고 있으며, 총리이기도 하고 사회운동가이자 환경운동의 지도자이기도 하다. 그러나 여성의 사회적인 역할에 대한 태도와 가치관이 매우 진취적임에도 불구하고 여성들을 대하는 사회제도나 의식은 여전히 보수적인 성향을 띄고있다. 따라서 이러한 차별의 제거가 우리 사회가 지향해야 할 방향들이다. 이는 우리가 인간의 존엄성을 자각하는데에서 시작되며, 여성자신의 능력 있고 확고한 노력과 책임의식이 있어야만 가능하다. 공동책임사회 즉, 남녀가 공동참여하고 함께 일하며 건설하고 창조하는 사회가 만들어져야 하기 때문이다. 그러기 위해서는 문화적, 역사적 그리고 사회적 제반 분야에서 부터 가정과 사회교육에 이르기까지 그리고 다음 세대인 10대 소녀들에게도 여성개발을 위한 노력이 수반되어야 할 것이다. 21세기의 여성의 상황은 점진적으로 유리한 상황으로 변화될 것이지만, 이러한 변화는 자연적으로 오는 것이 아니라 여성의 철저한 자기 반성과 끊임없는 노력을 필요로한다. 본 연구는 사회 각분야에서 부계사회가 구축한 남성 지배의 가치와 질서를 긍극적으로 대신할 새로운 사회 질서를 만들어 변화를 일으키고있는 여성들에 대한 표현이다. 따라서, Ⅰ장에서는 21세기의 사회변화와 그에 따른 여성의 지위변화를 분석한 미래 학자들의 견해와 본 연구의 목적, 내용, 방법을 다루었다 Ⅱ장에서는 여성 메가트렌드를 정치, 사회활동, 경제, 교육, 패션, 예술, 건강, 스포츠로 나누어 사회 각 분야에서 능력을 발휘하고 있는 여성들의 근황과 앞으로의 사회변화와 함께 바뀌어질 여성의 가능성에 대하여 고찰하였다. Ⅲ장에서는 세계적으로 페미니즘이 일어나게된 배경과 요즘 우리나라에서 일어나고 있는 페미니즘 현상을 살펴보았다. Ⅳ장에서는 21세기 여성미술에 대한 국내외현황과 전망을 다루었다. Ⅴ장에서는 위의 모든 내용을 토대로 여성과 사회와의 필연성을 강조하여 여성의 자유스러움과 가능성을 상징적으로 표현하여 작품을 제작하였다. 표현방법으로는 강한 인간적 유대감(high touch)의 추구와 여성특유의 부드러움과 강함을 표현하기위해 여성적인 포근함을 주는 실크(silk)를 이용하여 염법(染法)의 자연스런 번짐의 효과를 염료, 과슈물감, 아크릴물감과 구타(gutta)를 사용하여 표현하였다.;It is obvious that the development of information technology considered the newest dimension of technology, and its wild spread will greatly affect all spheres of economic activities, such as the industrial structure and work structure. Also, such change will not only affect the economic sector, but drastically alter all aspects of the value system, way of life, family, education system and so forth. Furthermore, it is obviously inevitable to promote the status of women in all aspects of this change in mandatory. Women have discovered methods to change and to adapt to a better life for themselves even if they have different levels of freedom and autonomy. Women in politics, athletics and the health management fields are fine examples. However, the radical approach to women's roles in society is still met with conservative institutions and attitudes. Such prejudice is what our society must aim to abolish. Action begins with the conscious recognition of human diguity and the attitude of women themselves that they are capable and responsible being. A common society with common responsibilities, meaning equal participation of both sexes in constructing and creating the social structure must be realized. In order to do so efforts aimed at the development of women must be cultural, historical and social, beginning from the family continuing into social education, especially for the teenagers, who are the next generation. For the women of the 21^(st) century, nodoubt their situation will gradually improve, however such change cannot be accidental but must be the fruits of thorough self analysis and efforts of the women themselves. This study is an expression of these women of change, striving to replace the male oriented authority from the society of fatherhood in various fields with a new social order. In part Ⅰ, the study deals with the futurists views on social change and the change in the status of women. Also it covers the purpose, content and methodology of this study. Part Ⅱ with cover categorized aspects of the feminist megatrend in politics, social activities, economics, education, fashion, health and sports and the women who are currently active and capable in each field. Furthermore future possibilities according social change are monitored. Part Ⅲ deals with the origins of feminism as a global movement and contemporary feminism in Korea. Part Ⅳ represents the status and the aspect of feminine arts of the 21^(st) century in Korea. Part Ⅴ consists of the basis laid out in previous sections and the actual making of the pieces on the symbolism of freedom and possibility for women including the necessity of women and society. The expressive methods use silk in order to capture the pursuit of high touch and the feminine softness and strength. The effect of natural smearing was obtained through dye guache, acryllic paints and gutta.
