현대자수에 있어서 표현방법에 따른 조형적 효과

Abstract

인간의 역사와 더불어 끊임없이 연속되어 온 자기 표현에의 욕구는 시대에 따라 다양한 표현양식(表現樣式)의 예술작품(藝術作品)을 낳게 하였다. 현대에 이르러서 작가들은 특유의 조형이념(造形理念)을 바탕으로 시대적인 특징을 잘 반영하는 형태의 예술활동을 하고 있다. 종래의 전통적인 고정개념에서 벗어나 좀더 적극적인 조형의 세계로 변화되어 가고 있는 시대적 흐름에 따라 섬유도 과거에 전래되어온 고정적인 한계성에 의해 국한되었던 것이 예술의 자율성으로 인해 새로운 차원에서 보는 예술표현의 소재가 되고 있다. 현대의 산업발달은 헤아릴 수 없을 정도의 섬유를 생산하였고 기법에 따라서도 다양한 질감표현의 효과를 가져온다. 더우기 섬유만이 갖는 특유의 부드러움은 현대미술에 있어서 특징적인 예술세계로 이르게하는 역할을 담당하였으며 섬유예술(纖維藝術)이라는 새로운 형식을 등장시켰다. 현대는 조형개념의 다변화(多變化)로 자유로운 자기 표현을 지향하고 있음에 따라 여러 표현재료의 개발과 적절한 사용은 현대미술에 있어서 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 표현재료들이 주는 시각적 효과와 표현의 적극성과 가능성을 제시하고 보다 창조적인 작품제작에 있어서 새로운 방향제시에 조금이나마 도움이 되고자 하였다.;As the history of mankind proceeded, a variety of master pieces were produced by men's infinite thirst for self-expression in their own times. The sense of the times is skillfully symbolized in their works based on their own formative concepts in modern times Art, from the previous fixed ideas, has changed into a more active formative world of arts. Likewise, the textiles, which were previously bound to fixed limitations, have become good materials for expression of art in a new perspective through the development of self-regulatory art. Moreover, textiles were brought to a specific world of arts in modern times because of its peculiar softness, and have brought the advent of a new form of art, the textile art. In modern times, through the variations in formative concepts, more self-expressible freedom is aspired. Thus, development of several expressive materials and its appropriate use has risen to be an important matter. Therefore, the visual effects, the active expression and its possibilities were presented in this thesis. It intends to provide a new directions in the production of creative works.
