Fashion Design에 있어서 건축적 요소의 응용에 관한 연구

Abstract

服飾은 다른 造型藝術 分野와는 달리 단순히 外的 事物이 아니고 生命力을 가지고 움직이는 인체에 입혀져서 표현되는 內的 欲求의 반영으로서 한 時代의 文化的 樣式에 뿌리를 둔 인간의 表現 意志를 나타낸다. 本 論文에서는 建築이 美的價値를 視覺에 두고 있음을 上記하여 미적가치가 뛰어난 모스크바 소재 St. Basil 성당을 중심으로 건축이라는 그 자체의 固定觀念에서 탈피하여 그 건축물의 심미적 가치와 예술성을 의상 디자인에서의 활용을 시도해 보고자 하였으며, 이러한 다른 藝術 分野로부터의 服飾 디자인에 대한 動機誘發을 硏究의 目的으로 하였다. 本 硏究의 內容을 要約하면 다음과 같다. 우선 本 硏究의 모티브가 된 St. Basil 성당의 時代的 背景과 建築的 背景을 문헌을 통해 알아보고 St. Basil 성당의 造形的 特性을 살펴보았다. 그리고 이 성당의 건축적 요소의 활용 방안으로 복식 디자인의 現代的 意味와 이 建築物의 形態나 부분의 이미지를 導入하여 작품제작을 시도하였다. 작품제작에 있어서는 인체의 活動性과 기능미를 생각하여 주로 伸縮性에 좋은 울 저지를 사용하였고 建築的 要素의 이미지를 심플한 실루엣 안에서 表現해 보고자 하였다. 이러한 硏究課程을 통한 作品制作 意圖늘 建築物의 이미지를 단지 建築에 국한 시키지 않고 의상 디자인에서의 활용을 시도하였고, 현대의 시점에서 디자인의 動機誘發에 대한 폭넓은 이해를 추구하였다. 이상과 같이 본 硏究는 現代 服飾의 아이디어 創出에 있어서의 한 要素를 제시한 것이며 이러한 아이디어의 창출은 우리 주변의 모든 요소로부터 가능성을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 우리는 디자인개발에 있어서 소재의 획일성에서 탈피하여 적극적인 수용자세로 연구해야 할 것이다.;Unlike other field of plastic art, dress is not simply an external object, but an expression of integrated internal desire displayed on the dynamic human body, and reveals the desire to express according to the cultured styles of the time. Remining on the fact that construction places aesthetic values on the visual plane, this thesis centers around St. Basil's cathedral, with its inspiring aesthetic values, and tries to escape from the usual, fixed concept which regards the cathedral as being nothing but a building. It is further intended to apply the aesthetic values of the building and the characteristics of art to dress design, accepting the inducement of motives for dress design, one of the manifold fields of art, as its purpose of research. The following is the summary of this research : First of all, an investigation into the background of the time of construction was conducted through a variety of literature, including the structural characteristics of St. Basil's cathedral. In addition, as a practical usage of the structural elements of the cathedral, an attempt was made to work on products by introducing the modernistic meaning of dress design along with images of the style and components of this building. For production of design items, high-elastic wool jersey was used, in consideration of the dynamics and functional beauty of the human body, attempting to display both structural elements and images in a single silhouette. The purpose of introducing the works through such research is not to limit the application of the building's image to construction alone, but also to dress design as well, seeking a wide area of understanding, to induce motifs for design form the contemporary point of view. As stated above, this research provides an element for the introduction of new ideas on modern dress, while the introduction of such ideas is constructed as possible by considering all the elements surrounding us. Therefore, we should break ourselves away from uniformity of materials in design development, and take up research into subject matter with aggressiveness and preparedness.
