인테리어 디자인 프로젝트 관리 운영의 절차와 과정(Project Control Process)에 관한 연구

Abstract

We have been taught designing process throughout the lengthy period of education. Nevertheless it is hard to make a quick response to actual project when we, design professionals, face it with ambiguous understanding. Most of designers concerned with the project do not recognize who are responsible for what Consequently this attitude delays the entire operation, nosing waste of tune and resources and leads to unacceptable result. This research is designed, therefore, to come up with project control process that is practical enough to encourage interior designers as well as design firms to face actual projects shrewd response. There is of course, no single right answer to certain design protect. But at least there should be a guideline which shows designers more reasonale, systematic ways to control design project lest they should waste time and cost; a guideline as assistance for successful design result. Thus research for such a theme adopts the following methods; 1. Systemized the objective and method of research; set up the concrete range of study. 2. Necessity and meaning of interior design or project management is described. 3. Divided ulterior design project control process into starting from project initiating phase to processing phase of feedback information to be used for future project. It goes as follows; 1) projed Initiating Phase · Phase of project request and on-going operations thereafter before Programming; Deals with contact between client md designer, appointment of project managing staff and ordering establishment of project plan 2) Project Planning Phase · Examines the definition and objective of project planning · Divides protect planning into five sub-stages as statement of goal, research or data collection, conceptualization, economical consideration, problem verification · Deals with operations to carry out for each sub-steps 3) Designing Phase · Deals nth actual designing, task based upon problem verification-the final result of planning phase · Deals nth the documentation process for construction 4) Construction Phase · Take care of the procedures for start and end of construction and of the reasonable control of construction 5) Project Termination Phase · Deals with procedures from termination proposal to dissolve the project organization 6) Processing Phase of Feedback Information to be Used for Future Projects · Deals with handling useful information from experience for future projects after the termination of current project 4. In conclusion significance of this research and recognition of problems are mentioned. This study does not come up with totally new designing process. But it puts stress on its role as guidelines for designers to make a successful, quick action when they encounter real project. It also depicts a succession of designing procedures, as logically as possible, from the beginning stage of project to handling of feedback information, for interior design. Finally, it is the purpose of the study to help minimize the waste of tune and resources, and to get an acceptable result of designing process under severe time-contraint.;우리는 오랜 동안의 교육을 통해 디자인 프로세스를 교육 받았다. 그러나 디자인 전문가로서 실제 프로젝트에 접하게 되면 머리속에 프로세스가 맴돌지만 즉각적으로 대처할 수 없으며 프로젝트에 관계된 사람들 중 다수는 누가 무엇에 책임이 있는지 모른다. 그 결과 작업이 지연되어 시간과 자원의 낭비를 초래하며 만족스럽지 못한 결과를 얻게된다. 이에 본 연구는 인테리어 디자이너나 디자인 회사들이 실제 프로젝트에 접했을 때 즉시 대처할 수 있는 실제적인 프로젝트 관리 운영의 절차와 과정(Project Control Process)을 제시하여 보고자한다. 디자인 프로젝트를 진행함에 있어서 그 특성상 정답은 있을 수 없다. 그러나 디자이너가 갑자기 프로젝트에 접하게 되었을 때 합리적, 체계적으로 운영할 수 있도록 프로젝트 운영 절차를 안내하여 시간과 비용을 낭비하는 일 없이 성공적인 작업 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 도와주는 조력자의 역할을 하고자 하는 논지에서 다음과 같은 방법으로 연구를 진행 하였다. 1. 연구목적과 연구방법을 체계화 하였으며 그 구체적 범위를 한정 하였다. 2. 인테리어 디자인 프로젝트에 있어서 경영의 필요성과 의의에 관해 서술하였다. 3. 인테리어 디자인 프로젝트 관리 운영의 절차와 과정(Interior□Design Project Control Process)을 개시단계에서 차기 프로젝트에 이용될 피이드백(Feedback) 정보 처리 단계까지 6단계로 나누어 고찰하였다. 그것은 다음과 같다. 1) 프로젝트 개시단계 : 프로젝트의 의뢰에서 프로그래밍 전단계까지로 고객과 디자이너의 접촉에서부터 프로젝트 메니저를 임명하고 프로젝트 계획 수립을 지시하기까지를 다룬다. 2) 프로젝트 기획(Prcject Planning)단계 : 프로젝트 기획의 정의와 목적을 고찰하고 프로젝트 기획을 다시 목표설정, 사실수집, 개념설정, 경제적 가능성 점검, 문제점 기술의 5단계로 나누어 각 단계마다 수행되어야 할 작업들에 관해 다룬다. 3) 디자인 단계 : 프로젝트 기획단계의 최종 결과물인 문제점 기술서를 바탕으로 디자인 작업에 착수하여 시공관계 서류를 작성하기까지를 다룬다. 4) 시공단계 : 공사발주에서 준공까지의 절차와 합리적 공사관리에 대하여 다룬다. 5)프로젝트 종료단계 : 프로젝트 종료를 위한 제안에서 프로젝트 조직의 해체까지의 절차를 다룬다. 6) 차기 프로젝트에 이용될 피이드백(Feedback) 정보 처리 단계 : 프로젝트가 종료된 후 다음 프로젝트를 위한 유용한 경험정보의 처리에 관해 다룬다. 3. 결론에서는 이상의 연구의 의의와 문제점 인식이 이루어진다. 본 연구는 아주 새로운 디자인 프로젝트진행 과정을 보여주지는 못한다. 그러나 디자이너가 프로젝트에 접했을때 즉시 행동을 취할 수 있도록 프로젝트 운영 절차를 안내해 주는 역할을 수행한다는 데에 그 목적이 있으며, 실내공간 디자인을 진행함에 있어서 프로젝트의 시작에서 피이드백(feedback) 정보 처리에 이르기까지 필요한 일련의 절차들을 가능한한 합리적 순서로 서술함으로써 불필요한 시간과 자원의 낭비를 최소화하여 예정된 시간안에 만족한 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 하는데 그 의의를 둔다.
