dc.description.abstract민간 요법에서 항암의 목적으로 사용되는 전통 생약 중 권백(卷柏, Selaginella tamariscina (Beauv.) Spring, Selaginellaceae), 와송(瓦松, Orostachycis japonicus A.Berger, Crassulaceae), 느릅나무(楡根皮, Ulmus mandshurica Nakai, Ulmaceae), 오리나무(赤楊木, Alnus japonica Steud, Betulaceae)를 시료로 하여 그 암세포 살해능을 MTT ASSAY로 측정하였다. 권백과 적양목의 CHCl_(3), EtOAc, BuOH 분획이 암세포 살상력을 나타냈으며, 그 세포 독성을 유발하는 성분을 규명하고자 silicagel column chromatography를 행하여 Compound Ⅰ을 권백으로부터 분리하였다.;The whole plant of _Selaginella tamariscina Spring(ST), Orostachycis japonicus A.Berger(OJ), the cortex of_Ulmus mandshurica Nakai(UM), and the wood of Alnus japonica Stend(AJ) has been used as folk medicine in treating cancer. The cytotoxic activity of these plants were tested using a colorimetric tetrazolium assay (MTT ASSAY). ST and AJ showed low IC_(50) value compared with OJ and UM. So, MeOH extracts of ST and AJ were partitioned into CHCl_(3), EtOAc, n-BuOH, successively. The CHCl_(3), EtOAc, BuOH fraction of ST and AJ showed low percent of survival against P_(388) cells and MKN_(45) cells, respectively. To isolate active components,they were subjected to silicagel column chromatography. Compound I was obtained from ST EtOAc extracts and identified Amentoflavone by chemical and spectral analysis.-
