Bach-Busoni Chaconne D단조와 F. Chopin Ballade 작품23에 관한 분석연구

Abstract

본 논문을 필자의 석사과정 이수를 위한 졸업 연주회의 곡목 중 Bach-Busoni의 Chaconne와 F. Chopin의 Ballade 작품 23을 분석 연구 한 것이다. F. Busoni는 19세기 말에서 20세기 초에 활동한 작곡가로서 독일 신고전주의의 대표적인 작곡가들 중의 한 사람이다. 그의 피아노곡 중 Chaconne는 J. S. Bach의 바이올린을 위한 Chaconne를 편곡한 것으로 주제와 32개의변주, 코다로 구성되어있다. Busoni는 Bach곡을 편곡함에 있어 원곡에 비해 보다 넓은 음역, 밀집된 음들의 구성, 폭 넓은 도약, 아르페지오, 지속음, 6도 트릴등을 많이 사용하여 피아노 악기의 특성을 최대한 살렸고, 속도 변화와 악상 기호를 첨가함으로써 현대의 피아노니스트들이 피아노 표현력을 다양하게 구사할 수 있도록 하였다. F. Chopin은 19세기 낭만주의 피아노 음악분야에 있어 뛰어난 작곡가로서 수많은 피아노곡을 남겼는데, 그 중 4개의 Ballads들은 특히 피아니스트들의 애호를 받는 곡들이다. 4곡 중 작품23은 첫번째작품으로 가장 소나타 형식에 가까운 구성을 취하고 있다. 그러나 고전주의 시대의 일반적인 소나타 형식과는 달리 제1주제와 제2주제가 장3도의 조성관계로 되어있고, 발전부에서 새로운 소재가 사용되며, 재현부에서는 제2주제가 제시부와 동일한 조성으로 먼저 재현되고 있다. 또한 반음계적 진행, 잦은 전조, 음역이 넓은 반주 음형, 선율적인 장식음, 병행4도와 6도의 진행등과 같은 그 당시의 음악 어법으로 볼 때에는 획기적인 작곡 기법들이 잘 조화되어 나타나 있다.;This thesis is written to analyze and study Bach-Busoni's Chaconne in d minor and F. Chopin's Ballade op. 23, which are two works among the repertoire performed in recital for graduate. F. Busoni is the representative of German Neo-classicism as a composer in latter 19th century and the early 20th century. His piano chaconne, arrangement of J. S. Bach's chaconne for solo violin, consists of theme, 32 variations and coda In arranging, Busoni shows the instrumental characteristics of piano well by using very wide range, addition of many notes, large leap, io, pedal point, 6˚trill, compared the original work. And he improves the possibility of piano expression by adding the marks of tempo and expression. F. Chopin is the greatest composer of piano music the early 19th century belonging to the Romantics. Among four ballades he left, Ballade op. 23 g minor is the nearest piece to sonata form. However this ballade is different from general sonata form in following respects. First, tonality relation of the first theme and the second theme is the major 3rd. Second, this ballade uses new theme in the development. Third, the second theme is recapitulated before the first. This ballade is also the greate work which displays contemporary sensational characteristics of Chopin's music such as chromatic progression, epoch-making and frequent modulation , wide range bass figuration, melodic ornament the progression of pararell 4th and 6th.
