Abstract
血液의 成分別 分析은 病에 대한 예방과 치료에 도움을 줄 수 있는 臨床檢査의 重要한 역할이 된다. 따라서 本 硏究는 非運動選手와 長距離選手를 各各 10名씩 20名을 對象으로 運動負荷에 따른 赤血球, 헤마토크리트, 헤모글로빈, 總콜레스테롤, 心拍數의 變化를 규명하여 올바른 運動 處方으로 效果的인 運動結果를 얻을 수 있도록 實驗한 結果로 다음과 같은 結論을 抽出하였다. 1. 赤血球數는 運動選手가 安靜時에 445만이고 運動後에는 487만이며 回復時에는 445.9만이고 非運動選手의 安靜時에는 423만이며 運動後는 456만이며, 回復時는 424.6만이다. 2. 헤마토크리트는 運動選手가 安靜時에 44.5 %이고, 運動後는 47.9%이며, 回復時에는 44.7%이다. 또한 非運動選手는 安靜時에 42.3%이고, 運動後는 44.6%이며, 回復時는 43.1%이다. 3. 運動選手의 헤모글로빈量은 安靜時때 14.8g/dl이고, 運動後에는 16.2g/dl이며 回復時에는 14.9g/dl이다. 또한 非運動選手는 安靜時때 14.0g/dl이고, 運勳後는 15.Ig/dl이며, 回復時는 14.2g/dl이다. 4. 總콜레스테롤은 運動選手가 安靜時때 153.5 mg/dl이며, 運動後에는 165.8 mg/dl이고 回復時는 154.3mg/dl이며, 非運勳遷手는 安靜時때 158.3mg/dl이고, 運動後는 188.5mg/dl이며 回復時는 159.6mg/dl이다. 5. 運動選手의 安靜時때 心拍數는 65.3beats/min이고, 運動後에는 154.5beats/min이며, 回復時는 66.3beats/min이다. 또한 非運動選手의 安靜時때는 82.5beats/min이며, 運動後는 173.8beats/nin 이고 回復時는 84. 0beats/min 이다.;The purpose of the study is to estimate the variations in contents of red blood cell, hematocrit, hemoglobin, total cholesterol and heart rate according to exercise load. Twenty subjects consisted of ten non-players and ten athletes of long-distance were selected to conduct the study three times-over first, in rest period, next, immediately after exercise, last, at the recovery period one hour after exercise. The results are as follows: 1. Both subject groups appeared maintaining normal value of red blood cell content in rest period; also as to the red blood cell content, atheletes showed 4.45 million cells in rest period, 4.87 million cells just after exercise, and 4.459 million cells in recovery period, while non-players showed 4.23 million cells, 4.56 million cells, and 4.246 million cells, respectively. 2. As for the percentage of hematocrit content, atheletes market 44.5% in rest period, 47.9% directly after exercise, and 44.7% in recovery period; non-players marked 42.3%, and 44.6%, and 43.1%, respectively. 3. As for hemoglobin content, atheletes were seen to have 14.8 g/dl in rest period, 16.2 g/dl directly after exercise, and 14.9 g/dl in recovery period; and, non-players 14.0 g/dl, 15.1 g/dl and 14.2 g/dl, respectively. 4. As for the total amount of cholesterol, atheletes appeared containing 153.5 gm/dl in rest period, 165.8 mg/dl directly after exercise and 154.3 mg/dl in recovery period; non-players 158.3 mg/dl, 188.5 mg/dl, and 159.6 mg/dl, respectively. 5. And as for heart rate, ahtletes showed 65.3 beats/min in rest period, 154.5 beats/min directly after exercise, and 66.3 beats/min in recovery period; while, non-players 82.5 beats/min, 173.8 beats/min and 84.0 beats, respectively. Therefore, it may be concluded; The result of high values of red blood cell, hematocrit and hemoglobin for athletes means that they are high in their whole-body endurance; and, the implication of & high value of heart rate for non-players is that their heart lung capacities are weak so much.
