Abstract
인간이 생활을 영위하는데 있어서 각기의 주거장소가 안락하지 않다면 사회발전은 기대하기 힘들것이다. 특히 인간의 기본적인 생리적 행위를 위한 식생활 공간은 음식을 만들고 먹는 행위를 해결하도록 하여준다. 그러므로 이 공간은 주거에 있어서 생활문화의 척도를 나타내는 공간이라해도 과언이 아닐 것이다. 더우기 산업화시대에 들어오면서 그 체계는 더욱 큰 변화를 겪게되어 생활의 과학화에 중요한 쟁점이 된 반면, 생황양식의 다양화로 인한 제반요건들을 수용해야만 하게되었다. 즉, 주방공간은 일차적 작업공간인 만큼 사용자에게 능률적이고 합리적인 공간체계 및 시설들을 제공하여야 하며, 이차적으로는 현대 가족전체에 대한 공동의 장으로 가족 상호간의 커뮤니케이션(Communication)이 이루어지는 정리된 분위기를 가져야 한다. 그러므로 현대 가족생활에서 어느 공간보다도 중요한 주방이, 다가올 21세기에 있어서 인간생활에 풍요롭고 편리한 생활을 위해 제품들이 끊임없이 창조, 개발될 것이 예상되며 무엇보다도 그 개발에 있어서 중요한 것은 인간이 사용하는 기기가 인간중심인 기기가 되어야 하며 기기에 맞추어 인간의 생활범위가 결정되어서는 안되겠다. 따라서 주방에서 주방기기를 사용하는 사람을 위한 인간적인 측면, 제품적인 측면, 환경적인 측면에서의 접근으로 오늘날 주방 현실의 상호간에 아무런 조정없이 제공되고 있는 주방 가구와 가전제품들의 요소를 통합된 시스템(System)으로 취급함으로써 서로 상이한 건축조건에 가변적으로 적용할 수 있는 시스템 키친 퍼니처(Systems Kitchen Furniture)를 제안하고자 한다. 이와같은 연구를 위해 현대 주방의 일정한 설계기준의 범위와 평균치수에 의한 모듈(Module)을 설정하여 주부의 가사 노동량의 과중을 경감시켜 능률적이고 쾌적한 작업 공간을 만들고 의식구조와 생활양식의 변화에 대응하기 위한 방법으로 인간과 기기, 환경사이의 상호관련성이라는 측면에서 전개하고자 한다.;Having a position as a type of housing in order to solve the residential quantitative problem In our country apartment housing causes many changes to the utilization and the consciousness of Interior space starling with the kitchen. As the problems of industrialization and urbanization. this requires the individuality and high-class in the kitchen besides the basic arrangements of space it-self as a change of meaning so as to meet the psychological and social needs as well as the basic physiological need of human. For example there are changes of reduction in area and space character according to the nuclear family in the aspect of space, and there are problems of custody and arrangement of electric kitchen tools which are increasing in the aspect of convenience. But they must make the effective circulations providing the basic character of space for the kitchen working, and must be solved with a conception for agreeable environment as a center of living. Therefore this study extracted the following problems from the results of Investigating the basic data or analyzing the present condition. First, there is a lack of right recognition on the kitchen space. In recent years, the understanding of conception of dkitchen Is changing to one of common space for family with the change of life style and supplying apartment in accordance with the industrialization and nuclear family. But the arrangement and the tools of kitchen didn't meet this situation, and therefore didn't support the basic transition of moaning. Second, there is an imperfection of kitchen furniture. Recently the conception of system kitchen furniture is being suplied but don't accomplish the exchangeable standardization with the entire kitchen tools due to a lots of lacking in system. Third, there is a problem of production style of kitchen tools. In present, the products development of three corporations in domestic electric tools have initated the manufactured goods in Europe and Japan is being made as a kind of form-transformation, and there-fore not only no meet our food-life condition but also no nsiderate the coordination among the tools. The results of study which were analyzed for the development of scientific system kitchen furniture can be summarized as the followings. First, in the results of surveying the apartments in Seoul or Kyunggi province in spatial capacity 28.67㎡ of areas are most, and most of them are single kitchen space but thery are very narrow and the effective working was not made. So the kitchen space in this study selects three plans such as 61.73㎡ of 84.20㎡ of and 120.50㎡ unit of areas which are seen high in size unit among the more than 25 unit area that four or five people have no inconvenience in living, and then makes the scientific and agreeable kitchen condition in apartment basing on the work triangles with the one-wall letter form and L-shaped letter form arrangements. Second, this study tries to make total coordination of kitchen furnitures and its electric tools, main elements in kitchen space. Especially it selects the products being required of the arrangement in formation for the effective home-working. They are electric kitchen tools high in frequency. Then it maximize the space activity applying the built·in-system through the way of In-set in unit according to the functions and types. Also it provides the safety and convenience of working by applying the color code system suggesting the function of electric-tools. Third, many kitchen tools or household furniture and utensils must achieve the total coordination in sizek, form, color and material aspects by producing the basic module among each products as well as kitchen furniture. We must heighten not only the efficiency of kitchen space but also psychological safety making the orderly space system or simple working condition defining the space-character in the whole. Also the kitchen space of this study supplies the standardized and unified products to users and can induce as a package conception for the individual products sale in the position and sales promotion and circulation of producer. So in the above mentioned solutions, the effort of total coordination or standardization for this kitchen space must be supported by collaboration such as an interior designer, industrial designer or an enterpriser, and a marketing profession als as well as a user.
