원貨切上에 따른 貿易 및 産業構造의 變化

Abstract

우리나라는 1986년 사상 처음으로 貿易收支 黑字를 기록하면서 달러貿에 대한 원貨의 平價切上을 나타냈다. 對美貿易黑字規模가 증대됨에 따라 미국의 원貸切上 압력도 본격화되었다. 그결과 1988년에 이어 ]989년에도 원화절상 速度가 빨라지고 절상폭 또한 커지면서 원화절상이 韓國經濟에 미치는 效果에 대해 關心이 고조되고 있다. 本 論文은 換率變動의 經濟的 效果에 대한 諸 論文을 고찰한뒤 원貨切上에 따른 무역구조의 變化와 産業構造의 變化를 고찰하고자한다. 따라서 本 論文에서는 원화절상의 效果를 가격전가도에 따른 産業別 파급효과와 업종별 (산업별) 채산성에 미치는 효과 및 수출입 의존도에 따른 산업별 영향, 외채 의존도에 따른 산업별 영향으로 나누어서 고찰한후, 산업구조의 변화를 예측하고자 한다. 그런다음 本 論文에서는 원貨切上의 추이를 살펴보고 그에대한 對應方案을 고찰해 보고자 한다.;Korea has been under growing pressure to appreciate its exchange rate to reduce the trade surplus, particularly with the United States. The won/$ rate appreciated 15.7% from the end of 1985 to December 1988. What were the effects of such exchange rate changes on the Korean economy? The currency appreciation has direct effects on trade through changes in relative prices and indirect effects through induced changes in income, interest rates, prices of domestic goods and monetary aggregates. To shed some light on exchange rate effects the first part of this paper presents the exchange rate system of Korea and background of the Won appreciation, trend of appreciation. The second part of this paper presents theoretical consideration of appreciation. The third part of this paper presents the effects of appre-ciation on trade and industrial structure. In the future, the Korean economy The negative effects of appreciation on the manufacturing industry is a costume, a shoes, a fishing boat, a fiber. Otherwise the international competitive power of the industrial electricity, electronics industry, an automobile, a machinery is improving if the tengible fixed assets per capita and technological intensive are increasing. Thus the prospects are that the machine industry, electro-nics industry, an automobile is the growth industry and a cos-tume industry, a shoes industry, a fiber industry is the sunset industry.
