S. Prokofiev의 Visions Fugitives, op. 22에 관한 연구

Abstract

Sergey Prokofiev (1891-1953) is a great composer and pianist who had made much contribution to the modern Russian music in the 20th century. Since he was a pianist, his uniqueness is well reflected in his piano works. Visions Fugitives, a collection of twenty pieces, had been composed in his early life. This study is a review of Prokofiev Visions Fugitives, op. 22 in respect to its musical trend. 1. The type of this work is simplified to two or three parts and some may have introduction and coda. 2. In terms of tonality, some may have tonality, some may get tonality in the base of central tone, some has poly-tonality or multi-tonality and modility is also might be used. 3. Melody has leap mainly, diatonic scale, whole-tone scale and the chromatic scale are employed in contrast, and lyric molody is also used. 4. For rhythm, simple rhythmicity is repeated and ostinato is mainly used. or accent on the weak beat. Modern sense is well represented by syncopation 5. A system of chords built on seconds, thirds, and fourths and second, seventh, augmented, diminished interval and diss or nance is also used. In this early piece of work of him, Prokofiev shows well the characteristics of his early music style and the study on this work demonstrates that he made a great contribution to modern piano musics.;Sergey Prokofiev(1891-1953)는 20세기 현대음악의 발전에 공헌한 대표적인 작곡가이며 피아니스트이다. 그가 활동했던 20세기 전반기의 러시아는 1917년의 10월 혁명과 독립전쟁등으로 매우 혼란한 시기였다 그리하여 그는 러시아를 떠나 미국과 파리 등지에서 망명생활을 하였으며 1936년 다시 고국으로 돌아와 러시아의 음악 발전에 중요한 역할을 하였다. 자신이 피아니스트였던만큼 특히 피아노 작품에 그의 독특한 개성이 잘 나타나 있으며 다양한 양식의 피아노 작품을 많이 남겨다. 그 중에서 본 논문에서 분석해 보고자 하는 Visions Fugitives는 그의 초기의 작품으로 1915년에서 1917년 사이에 작곡된 20곡의 소품들을 모아놓은 것이다. 본 논문에서는 Prokofiev의 생애와 중요한 피아노 작품들에 대해서 알아보고 그의 피아노 작품 Visions Fugitives, (잠시동안의 환영) op. 22를 분석하여 거기에 나타난 여러가지 음악적인 특징들을 살펴 보았다. Visions Fugitives에 나타난 음악적인 특징들은 다음과 같다. 1. 형식은 2부분, 3부분 형식으로 단순한 형식을 취하며 서주부와 coda를 갖는 것도 있다. 2. 조성을 갖는 것도 있고 뚜렷한 조성이 없이 중심음을 바탕으로 조의 성격을 띠는 것도 있으며 복조성(Poly-tonality), 다조성(multi-tonality)이 사용되기도 하고 선법적인 요소도 쓰인다. 3. 이 곡의 선율들은 주로 도약진행을 하고 전음계적(diatonic)선율, 온음계적(Whole-tone)선율과 반음계적(Chromatic)선율이 대조적으로 사용되며 서정적인 선율도 사용되었다. 4. 리듬은 16분음표, 8분음표, 4분음표의 사용에 의한 단순한 리듬형태가 계속 반복되고 있고 오스티나토의 사용이 가장 많으며 액센트나 당김음에 의한 강박의 변화에 의해서 현대적 감각을 살리고 있다. 5. 화성은 주로 2도구성화음, 3도구성화음, 4도구성화음등이 사용되었고 2도, 7도, 증·감음정등 불협화음정이 사용되었다. Prokofiev는 이 작품을 통해서 그의 초기의 음악 양식의 특징들을 잘 나타내었고 이러한 곡을 연구함으로써 그가 현대 피아노 음악의 발전에 크게 공헌했음을 알게 되었다.
