주부 우울증환자 집단의 Lewinsohn 치료 모델 적용에 관한 연구

Abstract

Psychiatric social work in Korea is not still developed enough, so the role of psychiatric social worker is not made obviously. Afterwards we need more appropriate psychiatric social work method and the development of program in a view of the need of present psychiatric social work which will be increased more and more. Psychiatric social workers use various kinds of resources in order to support the clients effective helpings. Above all of them, we need some models of program which will be for the clients as a directive service. Group therapy program has not been used often in Korea, so I took the Lewinsohn model of which effect was already tested under the purpose of getting social functions for the housewives who were suffering from depression. Analytical method employed in this study is based on experimental group with 8 housewives who took part in the group therapy program for 8 sessions. According to the result of the analysis, it is concluded that Lewinsohn model is also effective to depressed housewives in Korea. The outcome of Wilcoxen test was showed statistically significant at 2.5% level.;우리나라의 정신의료사회사업은 아직 미진한 상태로 정신과의 팀웍 접근방법에 있어서 확고한 역할이 규정되어 있지 못하다. 그러나 앞으로 정신의료사회사업에 대한 사회의 요구가 점차 증가될 전망이므로, 이에 대한 대비책으로서 적절한 프로그램개발이 시급하다. 그 중에서도 정신의료사회사업가가 환자에게 직접적인 서비스를 줄 수 있는 다양한 프로그램들이 요구된다. 본 논문은 이러한 요구에 부응하기 위하여 현재 우리나라 정신의료사회사업 실천 분야에서 정신의료사회 사업가가 실시할 수 있는 프로그램 모델을 찾는 데에 그 목적을 두었다. 특히 본 연구자는 우리나라에서는 아직 집단치료프로그램이 활발하게 활용되고 있지 않음에 관심을 갖게 되어 우울증을 가진 주부 환자들의 사회 기능 향상에도 효과가 있는지를 평가하기 위해 Lewinsohn등의 모델을 적용한 후 그 효과를 검증하였다. 그를 위해 8명의 실험집단을 선정하여 8주 동안 프로그램을 실시하였고 그 효과를 측정하기 위하여 실험집단에 대한 사전·사후 검사를 실시하여 그 차이의 유의성을 검증하였다. 분석결과는 Wilcoxen 검증에 의해 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 Lewinsohn 모델은 우리나라 주부환자 집단에게도 그 효과가 있는 것으로 판단되므로 앞으로 본 프로그램이 정신의료사회사업 실천에 있어서 보다 널리 확대 실시될 수 있기를 바라며 본 연구가 정신의료사회사업의 발전에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.
