4세대 한글 데이타 언어의 설계

Abstract

4세대 언어란 비절차적이며, 3세대 언어에 비해 높은 생산성을 얻을 수 있는 언어로 질의 처리, 보고서 작성, 그래프 작성, 응용 생성 등의 여러 기능의 소프트웨어가 통합된 언어이다. 현재 국내에서 사용되고 있는 4세대 언어는 모두가 외국 제품으로 한글 처리가 조금씩은 가능하지만 사용 환경이나 사용법등에 있어서 국내상황에는 부적합하다. 그리고 사용자 인터페이스 측면에서도 데이타 프로세싱 전문가와 명령어 중심이라 불편한 점이 많다. 본 연구에서는 사용자가 사용하기에 편리한 기능 키, 메뉴 구동 방식, 메뉴 선택 그리고 빈칸 채우기 등에 중점을 두고 4세대 한글 데이타 언어를 설계한다. 이 밖에도 4세대 언어 의 기능인 질의 처리, 데이타베이스로부터 검색한 결과를 여러 형태로 출력할 수 있는 보고서나 그래프 작성 기능, 이외에도 이들 기능을 통합하여 응용 프로그램을 쉽고 빠르게 개발할 수 있는 응용 생성 기능들을 한글로 개발하고 설계한다.;The Fourth Generation Languages(4GLs) are non-procedural, which provide higher productivities than the 3GLs and integrate many functions. Now, the 4GLs used in Korea are all foreign products. They can process a little Korean, but they do not suit the user environment and the directions for use. And the side of the user interface is not convenient. Because it is for the data processing technicians and based on the instructions. In this thesis, the Fourth Generation Hangul data language are the designs which are focused on the usefulness and the 4GL's functions. For example, they are the function key, menu-driven, menu-selection and fill-in the form. And their functions are query processing, report or graphics generator which prints the results from database in various forms. And the application generator can develop the application programs with these integrated functions in a high speed.
